Pink News: A former Boy Scout who was kicked out of the group for being gay when he was 18 years old is now working as a scoutmaster 45 years later. His 1981 legal challenge was the first to expose the organization’s ban on openly gay youth and adult leaders.

The Independent: The Ohio House of Representatives has passed a bill banning ‘adult cabaret’ performances —  like go-go dancers and drag artists –outside of adult settings such as nightclubs. Entertainment Weekly: 19 Kids and Counting star Joseph Duggar (above mugshot) has been arrested on child molestation charges. You’ll recall his big bro, Josh Duggar, was found guilty of possessing/receiving child pornography and sentenced to 12 years in prison in 2022.

7 Years In Prison For Assaulting Trans Woman + More News

The Advocate: Andre Karlow (above) has been sentenced to seven years in prison for assaulting a transgender woman. She suffered broken teeth, facial injuries, and a brain bleed before escaping into a nearby restaurant for help.

During his trial, prosecutors quoted a recorded call Karlow made from jail – “If I didn’t hate trans people before, I do now, absolutely. I think that Trump should kill them all. Get them out of here. They’re weird.”

Them: Thirty-nine percent of U.S. adults still believe homosexuality is “morally unacceptable,” according to a new report from the Pew Research Center. That placed the U.S. ninth among all countries surveyed by rate of anti-gay sentiment, between Israel (47%) and Hungary (34%). Plaque Honoring January 6 Police Finally Installed At U.S. Capitol

The long-delayed memorial plaque honoring police who defended the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2020, was finally installed this morning at 4 a.m. this morning.

AP News: Pop star Britney Spears was arrested last night for on DUI charges. after the California Highway Patrol stopped her around 9 p.m. for driving fast and erratically. Her spokesperson acknowledges it was “inexcusable” adding that  Britney will get the “long overdue” help she needs.

NPR: A January 6 rioter pardoned by Donald Trump, has been sentenced to life in prison for child sex abuse after a Florida jury found him guilty of 5 criminal charges, including molestation, lewd and lascivious exhibition and transmission of material harmful to a minor. DC Pipe Bomb Suspect Seeks Release Due To Autism Diagnosis

Brian Cole, 30, accused of planting pipe bombs at the Democratic and Republican national party headquarters the night before the January 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol is requesting a conditional release from jail citing his autism diagnosis.

Trump Claims Biden Planted 274 FBI Agents Among J6 Rioters

Early this morning, Donald Trump claimed in a social media post that ‘THE BIDEN FBI’ had placed 274 agent among the crowd that assembled for his speech in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021.

“THE BIDEN FBI PLACED 274 AGENTS INTO THE CROWD ON JANUARY 6,” he wrote on Truth Social. “If this is so, which it is, a lot of very good people will be owed big apologies. What a SCAM – DO SOMETHING!!! President DJT”
