Former Scout Kicked Out For Being Gay Is Back 45 Years Later + More

Pink News: A former Boy Scout who was kicked out of the group for being gay when he was 18 years old is now working as a scoutmaster 45 years later. His 1981 legal challenge was the first to expose the organization’s ban on openly gay youth and adult leaders.

The Independent: The Ohio House of Representatives has passed a bill banning ‘adult cabaret’ performances —  like go-go dancers and drag artists –outside of adult settings such as nightclubs. Those found guilty of violating the proposed law could face felony charges and up to 18 months in prison.
