Pro Boxer Rants He’ll Shoot Or Punch Gays That Touch Him

Pro boxer Adrien Broner

Professional boxer Adrien Broner threatened to pull his gun or punch gay people in a wild Instagram video rant Tuesday night.

“If any f*g, punk ass n**** come run up on me, trying to touch me on all that gay sh*t, I’m letting you know right now — if I ain’t got my gun on me, I’m knocking you the f*ck out.”

The video has since been deleted but another Instagram account reposted the rant:

Gee, he seems nice.

According to TMZ, the four-time world champ said the video “PSA” was in response to social media personality Andrew C. Caldwell sliding into his DMs.

“[Andrew C. Caldwell] if you don’t get out my inbox before I punch the testosterone out yo GAY ASS,” Broner wrote in a post which was also deleted.

You may recall Caldwell found insta-fame when video footage of him in church declaring he had been ‘delivert’ from homosexuality and is no longer gay.

Sure, Jan…

In case you hadn’t seen that little bit of internet history:

For his part, Caldwell admits he sent the boxer a quick message to say “Keep up the good work,” but Broner went wild from there.

In a video post, Caldwell called Broner out saying Broner is a closet case who had been flirting with him.

Caldwell also brought up the 29-year-old’s lack of wins in the ring since 2017.

Broner’s last match was on January 19, when he lost a lop-sided decision to 40-year-old Manny Pacquiao, landing only 50 punches against Pacquiao.

“Chile, don’t make me call May Floyweather. You have have not won since May of 2017! How dare you come to my inbox! All I said was, ‘Keep up the good work.’ Next you know I’m gettin’ a tag talkin’ ’bout, ‘Stay out my inbox!’”

Caldwell also posted on his Instagram that he’s considering legal action against the boxer.

TMZ confirmed this afternoon that Caldwell filed for, and received, a restraining order against the boxer.

Who needs reality TV when we’ve got these two homophobes to entertain?

You’re gay and you want me!

No, you’re gay and you want ME!!!

By the way, here’s another pic of the homophobic boxer from his Instagram.

West Virginia Lawmaker Calls LGBTs “Socialists” And Compares Them To The KKK

Eric Porterfield (image via Porterfield campaign)

Things got heated in the West Virginia House of Delegates on Thursday when first-term Delegate Eric Porterfield advocated for an amendment to House Bill 2699 that would have prohibited local municipalities from adding nondiscrimination ordinances that protect sexual orientation and gender identity.

Porterfield defended the amendment saying, “As legislators, I don’t think it’s our job to legislate behavior,” according to MetroNews.

“This is discrimination against the first amendment and religious liberty, and the LGBT is the most socialist group and they don’t protect gays,” he added.

He also said the word ‘faggot’ as he referenced the speaking tour of infamous homocon Milo Yiannopoulous, “Dangerous Faggots Tour.”

To be clear, the word was chosen by Yiannopoulos, not Porterfield, for the title of the tour. But his colleagues objected to the use of the word much like folks would object to the use of the n-word.

On Friday, Porterfield continued his attacks on the LGBTQ community, telling the Charleston Gazette-Mail: “The LGBTQ is a modern day version of the Ku Klux Klan, without wearing hoods with their antics of hate.”

The Gazette-Mail went on to add that Porterfield called the LGBTQ community a “terrorist group,” and that he is being “persecuted” by the gay community in retaliation for his hateful comments.

Porterfield alleges he has received threats on Facebook and voicemails.

He took to his Facebook to write:

“Last night and today, members of the LGBTQ have exercised hate crimes and threatened my safety. We have reported this to the Capitol Police in Charleston and I would like all of my friends to pray for the safety of me and my family. These vicious monsters are proving that they are the most bigoted and discriminatory people in America. Though they try to intimidate and bully and try to strike fear to me and my family, we ask the Lord to help us stand tall against their persecution and their leftist minions within the legislature.”

Porterfield, a Baptist preacher, heads up an organization called Blind Faith Ministries. The name is a reference to Porterfield being vision-impaired.

West Virginia Democrats have called for the freshman Delegate’s resignation over his inflammatory comments and language.

‘What Would You Do?’ Explores Homophobes Stiffing A Lesbian Waitress

Over the weekend, I wrote about ABC News’ popular series “What Would You Do?” exploring how regular folks would react if they witnessed a baker refusing to sell a wedding cake to a same-sex couple.

It appears the folks at WWYD weren’t done with LGBT-themed situations.

Today we get to see actors playing homophobic bigots refusing to tip a waitress in a restaurant after they find out she’s lesbian.

The segment is based on a real incident back in 2017 where a waitress in Illinois was denied a tip by customers who had seen her rainbow tattoo. After the guests had departed, the waitress found a zero tip and a note which read, “Can’t tip someone who doesn’t love Jesus – Bad tattoo.”

So ABC News hired two actors to play homophobes who loudly act shocked and offended when the actress playing the waitress shares she’s married to a woman. “Marriage is by definition a man and a woman,” the female ‘homophobe declares for the other restaurant guests to hear.

One yahoo sitting near the ‘homophobes’ agreed with the couple, tossing out this this whopper: “Look at it this way, they can’t have any kids. Nature takes care of it all by itself. So, eventually they’ll wipe themselves out. Give it time.”

But when other diners overhear the plan to stiff the waitress, customers chime in asking, “Her life doesn’t impact your life, does it?”

Another woman was so riled up about the anti-LGBT animus she couldn’t stay seated. And her dining companion threatened to use physical force against the haters.

Watch how it all unfolds below.

Pennsylvania: Out State Rep. Brian Sims Takes No Crap From Homophobic Colleague Daryl Metcalfe

Out Pennsylvania state Rep. Brian Sims isn't taking any shit from homophobic colleague Daryl Metcalfe.
Pennsylvania state Rep. Brian Sims

PA State Representative Daryl Metcalfe got his undies bunched up in Facebook tantrum recently, where he called out and proud PA state Rep. Brian Sims a “lying homosexual” over a redistricting dispute.

Along the way, Metcalfe through in a few homophobic jabs including his belief that being gay is “immoral behavior.”

The woofy Brian, however, wasn’t going to stand idly by as the homophobe ranted on his virtual anti-LGBT soapbox.

Referencing the movie Mean Girls, Sims called out Metcalfe for pulling out his “burn book.”

Brian made it clear: if you come at him, come right or don’t come at all.

He also made sure the world met Metcalfe’s openly LGBTQ challenger, Dan Smith:

Brian saved the best for last as he tweeted this hilarious meme when they see each other at The Capitol:

Over 30 Come Forward Regarding Anti-LGBT Family Values Lawmaker Wes Goodman’s Sexual Advances

Wes Goodman (via Twitter)

Wow. This story just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Caleb Hull, writing for the Independent Journal Review, has interviewed dozens of men who say disgraced Ohio state Rep. Wes Goodman had approached them with inappropriate sexual overtures and/or sent sexually suggestive photos via Snapchat.

Goodman resigned from office last week after he was caught having consensual sex in his Ohio state office. But it seems that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Hull points out that the approach for the vast majority of men Goodman engaged was similar across the board.

Goodman has a reputation of reaching out to those involved in politics via Facebook messenger — but things tend to quickly turn south as he has been known to flirt with men, solicit sex, and even send pictures of his genitals, according to dozens of sources. The majority of the people he targets are between the ages of 18 and 24 and have had very little interaction with him personally.

In many instances of his alleged sexual misconduct, Goodman apparently offered to be a “mentor” for those looking to get into politics. Because of the power he had, his victims say they were afraid to report instances of abuse for fear of damaging their own political careers.

[snip]

The sources informed IJR that many more photos of extremely explicit behavior — including Goodman in his underwear drinking beer, him showing his legs, and pictures of his penis — exist. Goodman always sent these on Snapchat to avoid the photos being saved, which is likely part of the reason why it has taken so long for his behavior to be exposed.

The source who received pictures of his legs and him drinking beer in his underwear told IJR that he thought about tweeting about the incident to call him out “for being a perverted weirdo,” but decided not to. He ultimately described Goodman as “a major creep.”

From one source: “Goodman asked me personal questions such as if I have a girlfriend or I was single and ‘how big I was down there.’ He also asked if I was the big or small spoon and the catcher or the pitcher. He would snap me late at night around 2 and 3 a.m. saying his wife was sleeping and he was bored and lonely.”

Goodman told one of the men he needed help “alpha to alpha” and that “it wouldn’t be gay if it’s just two alphas.”

Remember, this was all happening as Goodman maintained a public image that portrayed him as seriously homophobic.

Many of the men Goodman approached took pics of their phone screens to capture the interactions.

Here’s just some of the screen captures. There’s much more at the Independent Review Journal. I highly recommend reading the full article.

Georgia: Karen Handel Doesn’t Believe Gay Parents Are Legitimate – “Because I Don’t”

Karen Handel (L) and Jon Ossoff (R)

If you happen to live in Georgia’s Sixth Congressional District, please get out to the polls in four days, June 20, to make sure HRC-backed Democrat Jon Ossoff wins the congressional seat.

Otherwise, you’ll be stuck with homophobe Karen Handel.

Handel opposed marriage equality, civil unions, domestic partnership benefits and allowing same-sex couples to adopt during her 2010 gubernatorial campaign.

Handel has proudly told reporters that she doesn’t think same-sex parents are as “legitimate” as different-sex parents. Why?

“Because I don’t,” says Handel.

Martina Navratilova Pens Open Letter Suggesting Name Change For Margaret Court Arena

Martina Navratilova

In a recent radio interview, 74 year-old tennis legend Margaret Court told a Christian radio station that “tennis is full of lesbians” and transgender children are influenced by the Devil and are part of a mind control plot as seen in Nazi Germany.

Having now set the stage, I now yield the floor to the great Martina Navratilova.

Via the Sydney Morning Herald:

Dear Margaret Court Arena, Sporting venues named for athletes, or any place, really, named for whoever, are so named for one reason. That reason is their whole body of work. In other words, it is not just for what this person did on the field, on the court, in politics, arts or science, for instance, but also for who they are as human beings.

When you were named after Margaret Court, it seemed like the right thing to do. After all, Rod Laver already had the big stadium and Court is one of the all-time greats. I had long ago forgiven Court for her headline-grabbing comments in 1990 when she said I was a bad role model because I was a lesbian.

What I did not know about until now were the unabashed racist statements she made in the ’70s about apartheid in South Africa. Saying that South Africa dealt with the “situation” (meaning people of colour) much better than anywhere else in the world, particularly the US: what exactly did she mean by that?

Fast forward to today and Court’s announcement of her boycott of Qantas because of its chief executive’s support of same-sex marriage, which basically means support for the LGBT community in general. That was bad enough. Now she is doubling down with her ridiculous comments about older women luring young girls on the tour to parties to turn them into lesbians. It’s a good thing she didn’t name anyone as I am pretty sure she would be sued for defamation.

It is now clear exactly who Court is: an amazing tennis player, and a racist and a homophobe. Her vitriol is not just an opinion. She is actively trying to keep LGBT people from getting equal rights (note to Court: we are human beings, too). She is demonising trans kids and trans adults everywhere.

And now, linking LGBT to Nazis, communists, the devil? This is not OK. This is in fact sick and it is dangerous. Kids will suffer more because of this continuous bashing and stigmatising of our LGBT community.

How much blood will be on Margaret’s hands because kids will continue to get beaten for being different? This is not OK. Too many will die by suicide because of this kind of intolerance, this kind of bashing and yes, this kind of bullying. This is not OK.

We celebrate free speech, but that doesn’t mean it is free of consequences – not punishment, but consequences. We should not be celebrating this kind of behaviour, this kind of philosophy. The platform people like Margaret Court use needs to be made smaller, not bigger.

Which is why I think it’s time to change your name. And I think the Evonne Goolagong Arena has a great ring to it. Now there is a person we can all celebrate. On every level. Yours, Martina Navratilova.

Viral Video: 9th Grade Homophobe Goes Off On “Faggots” And “Queers”

If you want to check in on exactly what LGBT youth have to cope with in today’s high schools, here’s just one example.

Boy Culture points up this video from a high school student

“More people are coming into the ninth grade that are gay. I’m also going to call them fa**ots, and if that offends you, unfriend me on Facebook because I really don’t care. And it’s not so much that they’re gay, it’s that they are flashing their gayness to everybody, and that’s the part that’s pissing me off.”

“To be honest with you, I don’t think most people want to see that, because it’s not that accepted — it’s really not.”

“I don’t want to see two little queers walking down the hallway grabbing each other’s butts. I just can’t take that — that’s disgusting to me.”

“And if you don’t stop complaining about seeing guys grabbing their girls butts, or girls grabbing their guys butts, or whatever, being, you know… normal. Then I’m gonna have a problem with it. You can call me homophobic if you want to, cause I’m against that stuff.”

Ok, you’re a homophobe, pal. And you need to grow up. You just spent five minutes of your life putting this screed on video and then bothered to upload it to the internet.

I’ve never heard gay kids complain about straight kids acting straight. In my entire life.

I’m thinking you’re the one who wants attention. And maaaaaaaaybe that’s because you might be in denial since it’s been proven a lot of homophobia is borne out of a need to deny one’s own issues with sexuality.

Here’s hoping you get some help. #YouveGotToBeTaughtToHate
