• The Advocate: During a hearing in the Texas House regarding a new anti-trans bathroom bill, lawmakers heard from several law enforcement officials who oppose the legislation.

• LGBTQ Nation: Third Way, a centrist think tank, suggests Democrats should stop using language like “LGBTQIA” and “cisgender” in order to fight back against MAGA.
• New Music: Out singer/drummer Dynamyte makes her move with the new single “Checkmate,” an infectious mid-tempo-pop bop. Confident vocals, groovy beats, and brassy horns make this a winner. p.s. I love a singer who plays the drums, and you’ve got to give props to the line, “You’re a pawn, I’m a queen.”
• NBC News: For years, the Federal Trade Commission has required companies to back any medical claims about their “alternative” health products with evidence to prove they work. But a newly-filed lawsuit would flip that script requiring the government to prove that they don’t work.
• JoeMyGod: During a recent segment on the Smithsonian’s exhibits on Black history, Fox News host Laura Ingraham declared, “A lot of it looks dumb and stupid.”
