Montana Man Guilty Of Hate Crime After Firing Assault Rifle Into Lesbian’s Home

A federal jury found John Russell Howald, 46, of Basin, Montana, guilty of hate and firearms crimes for firing an AK-style assault rifle at the residence of a woman, who identified as lesbian, and was home at the time.

Four Plead Guilty In 2018 Miami Beach Pride Attack

The four men involved in the 2018 Miami Beach Pride attack which sent two gay men to the hospital have pleaded guilty.

On April 8, 2018, four young men were captured on surveillance cameras viciously attacking two gay men coming out of a public restroom in Lummus Park during Miami Beach Pride.
