Some news items you might have missed: • Mediaite: Yes, Tucker Carlson’s new special, “The End of Men,” does in fact promote “testicle tanning” (above) as a way that men can raise testosterone levels.

Fierce Pharma: Bristol Myers Squibb will hand over up to $11 million to settle a lawsuit claiming it used anticompetitive marketing tactics to block generic competition to HIV drugs. • The Five: Jesse Watters jokes about how he courted a woman 14 years his junior. He let the air out of her tires so he could offer her a ride home. She also happened to work for him at the time while he was married to someone else. It’s a Fox News love story.

Reuters: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has formally taken the first step to Ukraine joining the European Union. He hopes this step will lead to his country gaining candidate status within weeks. • Smoky Mountain News: Former staffer to Rep. Madison Cawthorn has filed an explosive complaint against him, alleging illegal and “immoral” acts, that he doesn’t care about constituents, there’s more liquor than water in his district office, and he is a “habitual liar” and “bad person.”
