• The Advocate: Caving to pressure from the Trump administration, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee has barred transgender women from competing in women’s sports.

• Queerty: Hollywood mogul David Geffen’s divorce from his 50-years younger ex-husband, Donovan Michaels, is getting nasty as Michaels has now filed a bombshell lawsuit against the billionaire for breach of contract amid accusations of paid sex, alleged drug use and extremely controlling behavior.
• Hulu: Your favorite crime-solving trio – Selena Gomez, Steven Martin and Martin Short – returns for Season Five of “Only Murders in the Building” on Tuesday, September 9th, with three episodes, followed by new episodes weekly.
• Congratulations: Today, NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ+ Journalists announced the recipients of its 2025 Excellence in Journalism Awards, recognizing exemplary reporting produced in 2024. • Washington Post: Three Venezuelans, released last week from the Terrorism Confinement Center after being deported there by the Trump administration, describe their four month experience as a “horror movie” with repeated beatings and being “treated like animals.”
Julio González Jr., released last week from the Terrorism Confinement Center, said he was beaten, robbed of thousands of dollars and denied a lawyer.
