The Advocate: A Texas man was arrested Tuesday after using chalk and spray paint to reapply rainbow patterns to Dallas crosswalks where they had been removed. Released on Wednesday, he says he’d do it again – “Every single time they try to take it away, I’m going to put it right back.”

Louisville Agrees To Pay Anti-LGBTQ Photographer $800K In Legal Fees

The city of Louisville has agreed to pay $800,000 in legal fees to a Kentucky photographer who challenged the city’s LGBTQ nondiscrimination law.

Chelsey Nelson filed her lawsuit in 2019 claiming the Louisville ordinance restricted her ability to publicly state she would not photograph same-sex weddings, which she doesn’t believe in.

State lawmakers in Colorado have introduced legislation, House Bill 26-1322, that would allow LGBTQ people to sue for damages resulting from so-called “conversion therapy.”
