I’m not usually one for violent movies, but I just like watching this. Gorgeous visual approach.
Based on the graphic novel, it really is art brought to life.
And then there’s the man-candy.

The Queen of England has apparently decreed that “Prince Hairy” return to his clean-shaven state of Prince Harry.
While he was allowed to keep the fur through the holidays so his girlfriend Cressida Bonas could enjoy, the Queen “strongly advises” her staff to not grow beards as she feels it look unkempt and not very professional.
According to a report in the Sunday Express by royal writer Phil Dampier, the Queen “soon let her displeasure be known” with Harry’s rugged new look and reportedly thinks it is difficult to enforce the no-beards rule when her own grandson has grown one.
And so, the royal “polar beard” must go.
I think he looks rather handsome with the fur.

The photo above was removed from the Have a Gay Day Facebook Page by the “FB powers that be” last week.
The two hirsute chins locking lips apparently got over 100 users banned for sharing it. Facebook claimed the photo was “offensive” and “violates community standards.”
Later, a spokesperson told PinkNews Thursday that the photo was removed in error and has since been restored, while disputing Have a Gay Day’s assertion that users had been banned.
I can’t imagine that the photo “violates” anything.
I rather like the photo. And since this is MY “kingdom” – I’m posting it myself.
So there.
Ho Ho Ho and Merry Merry everyone!

Prince Harry serves up full-on “Ginger Beard Harry” during a visit to the National Science Foundation’s Amundsen-Scott South Pole station over the weekend.
From The Daily Beast:
Prince Harry lined up for this latest photo with Alexander Skarsgård, the actor who was the celebrity patron of the American team.
Three teams of seven participants each – representing the United Kingdom, the United States and the Commonwealth took part in the Virgin Money-sponsored event in aid of the charity Walking With the Wounded. The teams arrived on Dec. 13 at the South Pole after a difficult trip bedeviled by atrocious conditions.

NY-based apparel company Nasty Pig shot their latest fashion collection video “Personal Demons” out at the Fire Island Pines, getting wet and gritty in the process.
Featured throughout the video is some of Fire Island’s most recognizable architecture.
And by the way – Don’t let the company name scare you – the video isn’t all that nasty. But it is sexy and cool.
Nasty Pig clothing is available at www.nastypig.com, at the flagship store at 265A West 19th Street in Manhattan NYC, and at progressive menswear boutiques worldwide.
This song makes me laugh.
Sooooo many people on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram can NOT stop taking the “selfie.”
Advocate calls this a “good-natured jab at the current fascination people have with repeatedly posting their filtered image through applications such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.”
Good vibe to the track, too. And Cazwell isn’t hard to look at, either.
I just like looking. More wine!
From Top 100 Hottest Men in the World 2013 Facebook page. Still looking to see where my Michael lands on the list… 🙂
Australian rugby star and LGBT ally Nick Youngquest is the face of “Invictus”, a new fragrance for men by Paco Rabanne, which debuted the first commercial today.
The video follows Youngquest “through the euphoria of victory” as he parts a sea of photographers, dominates his opponents on the field and brings home a trophy—all while remaining shirtless and smelling like a million bucks, obviously.
