• While Donald Trump’s former campaign chair was found guilty of 8 felony counts, it turns out just one pro-Trump juror kept Paul Manafort from being found guilty on the other 10 counts.

• Speaking of Manafort, I’ve been saying for months he’s expected a presidential pardon from Trump. The Washington Post is reporting Trump asked about a pardon for Manafort weeks ago, but they told him to chill for a bit until political times were better.

• I know we’re only 8 months through 2018, but I’m still eyeing out recording artist Starley’s “Love Is Love” as one of my top tracks of the year.

Check out the freshly released music video for the uber-talented singer/songwriter below. I previously wrote about Starley and the top pop tune here.

I just love this.

Michael B. Jordan Is Giving You Body In New ‘Creed II’ Poster

Michael B. Jordan in ‘Creed II’

Hot on the heels of winning ‘Best Villain’ at the MTV Movie Awards this weekend for his turn in the mega-hit super-hero movie, Black Panther, Michael B. Jordan is giving you ‘bah-dee’ on the newly released poster for the upcoming Creed II.

We have to wait until Thanksgiving for the 31-year-old to once again put his stacked AF body on display in boxing trunks when returns to his critically acclaimed role as boxer “Adonis Creed.”

The official artwork, trailer and synopsis were just released for the sequel which hits theaters November 21.

In the new film, Adonis seems determined to avenge the death of his father, Apollo Creed, by taking on the son of Ivan Drago (played by Dolph Lundgren) who killed Adonis’ father in a charity fight years ago.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Life has become a balancing act for Adonis Creed. Between personal obligations and training for his next big fight, he is up against the challenge of his life. Facing an opponent with ties to his family’s past only intensifies his impending battle in the ring. Rocky Balboa is there by his side through it all and, together, Rocky and Adonis will confront their shared legacy, question what’s worth fighting for, and discover that nothing’s more important than family. Creed II is about going back to basics to rediscover what made you a champion in the first place, and remembering that, no matter where you go, you can’t escape your history.

Returning for the highly-anticipated sequel are Tessa Thompson as Adonis’ girlfriend, Bianco and Sylvester Stallone, who was nominated for an Academy Award and took home a Golden Globe Award for his return as “Rocky Balboa.”

Newcomer Florian “Big Nasty” Munteanu joins the franchise as Drago’s son, Viktor Drago.

And how about the cutest gay couples on Instagram finally meeting? Justin and Nick meet PJ and Thomas. Awww… 🙂

Happy Pride month everyone! We kicked it off yesterday by finally meeting our friends @justinickpgh in real life (after 3+ years of being friends on Insta) and we couldn’t think of a more appropriate way to celebrate. Growing up, we all felt kind of different didn’t we? Like we couldn’t relate to the people around us because they didn’t understand and they weren’t gay. Now that we’re older, we realize the importance of having gone through those scary years and the freedom in celebrating who we are as flawed, queer men who want the same things that everyone wants: love, acceptance, and to make connections with those around us. Queerness comes in so many different forms and backgrounds, like pretending the Barbies you bought when you were younger were for your sister so no one would make fun of you, or quitting ballet and playing basketball instead so people wouldn’t get suspicious. This month is for all of us: out and proud or still in the closet, the people who fought and paved the way to get to where we are today and the people who will continue to fight for the future. Let’s do this y’all! #pridemonth #lgbtq #pride #lgbtqia
