Hillary Clinton Leading By 5 Points In Arizona

A new poll by the Arizona Republic, Arizona State University’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy and Cronkite News, shows Democrat Hillary Clinton leading in the traditionally red state of Arizona by 5 points.

According to the survey, Clinton is currently at 43% support of the state’s likely voters as Republican Donald Trump trails at 38%.

Libertarian Party nominee Gary Johnson and Green Party nominee Jill Stein continue in single digits receiving 7% and 4%, respectively.

In case you’re wondering why Hillary is doing so well in a state that should be Trump territory, take a look at this recent poll of Latino voters and keep in mind Arizona’s large Hispanic population.

Millennials Support Hillary Clinton By Huge Margin

A new poll by USA Today and Rock The Vote shows Hillary Clinton way ahead of Donald Trump in the hunt for the millennial vote.

Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump by a huge 48 points (68% vs. 20%). Libertarian Gary Johnson garners 8% of the young vote, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein comes in with 1%.

Trump’s numbers with this vital voting block are the lowest of any modern-day presidential candidate including Bob Dole who hit the low 30% mark back in 1996.

Perhaps most surprising is the data shows it’s not millennial women but the men who are causing the surge in voters 18-34.

Among millennial men, Clinton gets 65% support, with female voters in the same age group at the 47% mark. Trump’s numbers are much lower – 20% for men and 18% for women.

The first two presidential debates seem to have hurt Trump as a majority of those polled viewed him as less presidential and less credible after the face off. Clinton, however, registered “more presidential.”

McCain: GOPers Will Unite To Oppose “Any” SCOTUS Nominee From Hillary Clinton

Sen. John McCain

CNN reports that Sen. John McCain, in an interview with 1210 WPHT Philadelphia radio, said that Republicans will oppose “any” nominee from Hillary Clinton for the U.S. Supreme Court.

“I promise you that we will be united against any Supreme Court nominee that Hillary Clinton, if she were president, would put up,” McCain said in comments meant to bolster the campaign of Pennsylvania Sen. Pat Toomey, who is in a tight reelection race.

Hillary Clinton consistently says she’s ready to work with “anyone” in Congress on finding common ground. Considering the country is pretty fed up with a dysfunctional, partisan government, I’m not sure that’s a winning message from McCain.

And this is before we even HAVE the presidential election.

Of course, a spokesperson from McCain’s Senate office later walked back those comments:

“Senator McCain believes you can only judge people by their record and Hillary Clinton has a clear record of supporting liberal judicial nominees,” said McCain spokesperson Rachael Dean. “That being said, Senator McCain will, of course, thoroughly examine the record of any Supreme Court nominee put before the Senate and vote for or against that individual based on their qualifications as he has done throughout his career.”

Campaign Ad: “Bully”

A new campaign ad from the Hillary Clinton campaign juxtaposes Republican Donald Trump with iconic movie bullies sending a message that Americans shouldn’t let Trump bully his way into the White House.

Opening with a textbook definition of a bully — “A blustering, overbearing person who puts down or intimidates others” — the clip overlaps the taunts from bullies from well-known movies with jeering comments Trump has made on the campaign stump.

The spot then focuses on a moment from a town hall earlier this year where Clinton was asked by a 10 year old girl, “What are you going to do about bullying?”

Clinton asked the young girl, “Can you tell me a little bit more about why that’s on your mind?”

“I have asthma and occasionally I hear people talking behind my back,” said the fifth-grader.

Clinton responds to the little girl saying, “I really do think we need more love and kindness in this country. That’s why it’s important to stand up to bullies wherever they are and why we shouldn’t let anybody bully his way into the presidency because that is not who we are as Americans.”

It’s funny how people see what they want to see in the world. Trump supporters see a “leader” while I see a man who would embarrass the United States with his dark and overbearing angry tone.

Others say Clinton has led a negative campaign while this is the message I see from her.

Andrew Sullivan: Electing Hillary Clinton President Is “The Only Adult Thing To Do”

During an appearance this past Friday on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” Andrew Sullivan, who has spent years being hyper-critical of the Clintons announced that he is “passionately in favor” of electing Hillary Clinton president, adding, “it’s the only adult thing to do.”

Sullivan continued, “This is not a time to express your Libertarianism. This is a time to stop this monster.”

Ellen Highlights Hillary Clinton’s Impressive Dance Moves At Presidential Debates

While political pundits paid a lot of attention to Hillary Clinton’s focus and discipline during the presidential debates thus far, Ellen zeroed in on that crucial moment when the former secretary of state was able to bring her famous dance moves to the fore.

Later in the interview, Hillary spoke about Trump’s odd body language during the 2nd debate:

“It was clear that my opponent Donald Trump was going to try to dominate the space almost to the exclusion of the people who were sitting there. They were sitting there so we could talk to them. And because of the revelation of the public video and everything that came out on Access Hollywood, he was really all wrought up and you could just sense how much anger he had, and so he was trying to dominate and then literally stalk me around the stage, and I would just feel this presence behind me. I thought, ‘whoa, this is really weird.’”

Fox News Poll: Hillary Clinton’s Lead Grows To 7 Points

The latest Fox News poll shows Democrat Hillary Clinton opening a wider margin against her Republican opponent, Donald Trump.

The survey, taken from October 10-12, gives Clinton 45% support versus Trump’s 38%. That’s a 4 point drop for Trump from last week.

Libertarian Gary Johnson is still in single digits (7%), while Green Party candidate Jill Stein gets 3%.

Today’s projection by super-stats guy Nate Silver gives Hillary an 86% chance of winning the White House race.

Rudy Giuliani Says Hillary Clinton Wasn’t Present On 9/11 – Photo Proves Otherwise

Donald Trump surrogate Rudy Giuliani told a campaign crowd today that he was on site at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, and he doesn’t remember seeing then Sen. Hillary Clinton at the site.

The full statement:

Don’t tell me if you said that that you remember September 11, 2001. I remember September 11, 2001. Yes, yes, you helped to get benefits for the people who were injured that day. But I heard her say she was there that day. I was there that day, I don’t remember seeing Hillary Clinton there. That was like when she said she had to run through gunfire. That turned out to be,, what do we call it? A lie.

But don’t tell me that you subscribe the notion that all of us who were with on September 11 and we’re lucky to be alive and have lost so many friends. I lost so many friends on September 11. I think about it every day. Don’t tell me you belong to our very, very tight group of “never forget.” Don’t tell me that.

Please note the picture above of her walking with him on 9/11.

These people say anything that crosses their minds as they address the crowds. And then the people go home and tell everyone this lie that they heard from Rudy Giuliani.
