• Entertainment Tonight: Grammy winner Lil Nas X gave fans a fright late Wednesday night, as he wandered Ventura Blvd. in Studio City, California, in nothing but his underwear. Police reportedly transported him to a local hospital for a possible overdose and placed him under arrest for battery on a police officer. Appeals Court: CA Bakery Discriminated Against Same-Sex Wedding

An appeals court in California ruled a Kern County baker violated the rights of a gay couple when she refused on religious grounds to sell a cake for their wedding. The couple asked to purchase a pre-designed, generic 3-tier cake without any “gay” references or adornment. California Bans The Forced Outing Of LGBTQ Students To Parents

California has become the first state in the country to prohibit the forced outing of LGBTQ students to their parents by teachers. Under the new law, known as the SAFETY Act, school districts in the Golden State are barred from requiring teachers to notify parents if a child requests to go by different pronouns.
