The Blast is reporting the masseur who filed a lawsuit against Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey for alleged sexual battery says two other men have told him they, too, were victims of sexual misconduct by Spacey.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the man suing the actor, using the pseudonym John Doe, says he has new witnesses.

He claims to know of two other “masseur victims” of Spacey’s “sexual assaults who expressed concern for their safety and/or do not want their names revealed publicly in the media.”

Doe says his lawyers will meet with Spacey’s to figure out the best plan to reveal the names to the actor, without harming the men in the process.

Spacey accuses Doe of refusing to turn over the names or other basic information about his allegations, including the date of the alleged sexual assault.

The actor “believes trial will be necessary” and that a “settlement is highly unlikely.”

Criminal charges against Spacey were dropped last month when a Nantucket teen, who had accused the actor of groping him in 2017, refused to waive his 5th Amendment rights.

The Usual Suspects star then made an unexpected appearance at a museum in Rome last week where he performed an impromptu reading of the poem.

Guards Slept While Epstein Committed Suicide, Then Doctored Log Books

Accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein was able to commit suicide this past weekend without interference because the two guards that should have been watching him (fresh off of suicide watch) apparently fell asleep on the job for "some or all of" a three hour period of time, reports the New York Times.

Accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein was able to commit suicide this past weekend without interference because the two guards that should have been watching him (fresh off of suicide watch) apparently fell asleep on the job for “some or all of” a three hour period of time, reports the New York Times.

The two staff members who were guarding the jail unit where Jeffrey Epstein apparently killed himself fell asleep, failed to check on him for about three hours and falsified records to cover up their mistake, according to several law enforcement and prison officials with knowledge of the matter.

Those disclosures came on Tuesday as the two employees were placed on administrative leave and the warden of the jail, the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, was temporarily reassigned, pending the outcome of the investigation into Mr. Epstein’s death, the Justice Department announced.

The two staff members in the special housing unit where Mr. Epstein was held — 9 South — falsely recorded in a log that they had checked on the financier, who was facing sex trafficking charges, every 30 minutes, as was required, two of the officials said. Such false entries in an official log could constitute a federal crime.

In fact, the two people guarding Mr. Epstein had been asleep for some or all of the three hours, three of the officials said.

Epstein, 66, was found dead hanging from a bedsheet at approximately 6:30am on Saturday in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan.

He had been awaiting trial on charges he had sexually abused scores of teenage girls at his homes in Manhattan and Palm Beach, Fla.

In related news, one of Epstein’s accusers, Jennifer Araoz, has filed a lawsuit against his estate, his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell and three unnamed female household staff, according to NBC News.

Araoz alleges she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by Epstein at his New York City townhouse when she was 14 and 15 years old, including a forcible rape in 2002.

She first disclosed her alleged abuse publicly in an exclusive TODAY Show interview with Savannah Guthrie of NBC News on July 10, the same day she filed papers in New York state court saying she intended to sue Epstein.

According to the complaint filed today, Araoz says Maxwell and the other staff members “conspired with each other to make possible and otherwise facilitate the sexual abuse and rape of Plaintiff.”

Funny: Michael Henry Explains ‘This Is How You Handle A Breakup’

Funnyman Michael Henry shares this short clip on “How to handle a breakup.” No, not your breakup - your friends’ breakup.
Michael Henry know just how to handle a break-up

Funnyman Michael Henry shares this short clip on “How to handle a breakup.”

No, not your breakup – your friends’ breakup.

It seems time is of the essence since ‘Ken’ and ‘Joe’ hid the skids two days ago, which means Henry needs to spring into action to try and snatch up one of the wounded lovers asap.

Apparently, Ken and Joe like to go from relationship to relationship, so they are prime targets for Henry’s amorous approach.

Why you ask?

Because, according to Henry, recently uncoupled gays are already trained in many areas: how to be partnered, how to be affectionate, how to share, how to compromise, and more.

Plus, fresh out of a relationship, either Ken or Joe might need a “young, supple, fresh, firm shoulder for them to shed their tears on,” and Henry thinks he has just the shoulder to offer.

But apparently, for all of this to work, there has to be a masterplan to orchestrate the new relationship without being obvious.

To see how ‘evil genius’ Michael Henry calculates the best way to seize the day, hit play below or click over to YouTube here.

Laughs aside, has anyone ever seen anything remotely like to this in real life? Do love-hungry gays swoop in when a duo splits up?

Funny: “Bad Boy Witness Report”

L-R Drew Bradley, Artie O’Daly (screen captures)

Artie O’Daly is back with the latest episode of his “Bad Boy” web series, and confusion abounds as nothing is really what it appears to be – or is it?

From the clip description: “Scott (Artie O’Daly) helps Jim (Drew Bradley) and his lawyer (Alina Bock) write a witness statement, but soon realizes things didn’t go as they say.”

It seems there was a robbery (or was there?), and a lawyer (or is there?), Jim has a girlfriend (or does he?) and that’s about all we’re certain of.

Kudos to O’Daly for the rapid-fire, discombobulated dialogue.

“Thanks, Daddy Scott…”

Arizona Official Claims Average Life Expectancy Of Gay Men Is 42

Ron Gould (image via YouTube/RonGould)

An elected official in Arizona is getting backlash for telling a local newspaper gay men have a life expectancy of 42 and pointed to sexual orientation as the reason.

Ron Gould, a former Arizona state senator and currently the Mohave County Supervisor, told the Kingman Daily Miner (subscription) that gay men have an average life expectancy of 42. When asked if he believes sexual orientation was the reason for that statement, he said, “That’s why they die.”

He went on to draw a false equivalence between being homosexual and drinking alcohol.

“We all have our sins, but we should try to suppress them,” said Gould, according to the Phoenix New Times. “Alcohol is harmful, too, but we don’t see groups promoting alcoholism.”

Gould also took a swipe at marriage equality in the interview. “It used to be ‘tolerate us,’” he told the newspaper. “Now, it’s ‘accept us.’”

Gould, who served in the Arizona state Senate from 2005 to 2013, was elected to the Mohave County Board of Supervisors in 2018.

Gould didn’t indicate where he got such erroneous information about ‘gay life expectancy,’ but many believe it has to do with a debunked study by anti-LGBTQ activist and pseudo-researcher, Paul Cameron.

In his 1994 study, “The longevity of homosexuals,” Cameron scanned through local newspapers that served the LGBTQ communities for obituaries. At the height of the AIDS epidemic, he added up the ages of the deceased gay men and found an average age of 43.

Cameron was booted out of the American Psychological Association for his vastly flawed research.

DOJ Reassigns Prison Warden After Epstein Suicide

The Washington Post is reporting the warden of the federal jail where accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein died of an apparent suicide over the weekend has been reassigned.

Additionally, two employees who were supposed to have been monitoring Epstein’s unit have been placed on administrative leave.

The move comes a day after Attorney General William P. Barr decried what he called a “failure” by officials at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Lower Manhattan to secure the multimillionaire sex offender. In leveling his criticism, Barr cited unspecified “irregularities” at the facility.

On Tuesday, Barr “directed the Bureau of Prisons to temporarily assign” warden Lamine N’Diaye to a regional office, pending the outcome of internal investigations into Epstein’s death, the Justice Department said in a statement.

Two staffers who were assigned to Epstein’s unit at the time of his death were placed on administrative leave, the department said.

Immigration Official: Statue Of Liberty Should Only Welcome Those Who Can “Stand On Their Own Two Feet”

Ken Cuccinelli

Ken Cuccinelli, acting director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (and descendant of Irish/Italian immigrants) says the immigrant tradition that has made America great for centuries should be revised to welcome into the U.S. only those who can “stand on their own two feet.”

From CNN:

Ken Cuccinelli tweaked the famous poem from Emma Lazarus — whose words, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free” are long associated with immigration to the US and the nation’s history as a haven — as part of a case for strict new measures pushed Monday by the Trump administration that could dramatically change the legal immigration system.

“Would you also agree that Emma Lazarus’s words etched on the Statue of Liberty, ‘Give me your tired, give me your poor,’ are also a part of the American ethos?” NPR’s Rachel Martin asked Cuccinelli on “Morning Edition” in an interview published Tuesday.

“They certainly are: ‘Give me your tired and your poor who can stand on their own two feet and who will not become a public charge,'” he replied. “That plaque was put on the Statue of Liberty at almost the same time as the first public charge was passed — very interesting timing.”

On Monday, the Trump administration announced a regulation that makes it easier to reject green card and visa applications. The new rule means many green card and visa applicants could be turned down if they have low incomes or little education, and have used benefits such as most forms of Medicaid, food stamps, and housing vouchers, because they’d be deemed more likely to need government assistance in the future.
