Less than an hour after the Iowa Republican caucuses began, the Associated Press declared Donald Trump would be the winner. As some polls had predicted, Trump won by nearly 30 points with (at this writing) 56,260 votes. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis came in a distant second with 23,420 votes, and former South Carolina Gov.
