Radio Show: Chloe Lattanzi Talks Re-Imagining “Magic” With Mom Olivia Newton-John

Chloe Lattanzi and Olivia Newton-John hit #1 on Billboard Dance chart

A few weeks ago, I was engaged by a big media outlet to interview Olivia Newton-John and her daughter Chloe as their dance hit, “You Have To Believe,” was racing up the Billboard Dance charts. At the time I chatted with Chloe (I record all of my interviews so I can make sure I quote folks correctly), the song was just hitting #19 on it’s way to #1 whereupon Chloe and Olivia became the first mother/daughter team to reach #1 on the Billboard Dance Club chart. Chloe also talks about her upcoming role in the Syfy network film, “Dead 7.” I thought my radio audience might be interested in hearing the actual interview, and so, voila! Chloe is quite charming throughout the chat, and it’s fun to hear the excitement in her voice as the song’s journey was just unfolding. The Brady Bunch “Get Ready”
I just came across this today and HAD to share from the Brady Bunch reboot The Brady Bunch Variety Hour. Regular readers of The Randy Report know how much I love kitschy 1970s TV. Especially musical dance numbers. It all just makes me smile, it’s so camp. I don’t know if there’s ever enough time to “get ready” for this 🙂 And then, they bring on the synchronized swimmers and I lose it all over again. p.s. the good news is Peter Brady grew up nicely… https://youtu.be/oKaLNj3j_T8

Steve Grand To LGBT Media: Focus On My Music, Not My Shirtless Pics

Steve Grand went on a social media rant that LGBTQ media outlets were covering more of his revealing or shirtless pics (that he posed for) than his music.

Out singer/songwriter Steve Grand, who made a splash with his 2013 music video, “All-American Boy,” took to his Facebook page recently to vent that some LGBTQ media outlets seem cover more of his revealing shirtless or semi-naked pics than they do his music. Duggar Family ‘Heartbroken’ Over Cancellation Of “19 Kids And Counting”

According to People.com, the Duggar family is “heartbroken” their TV series on TLC has been canceled.

The source says the evangelical Christian family, who often discussed their religious faith on their TLC show, is “heartbroken that they’ve now lost that platform.”

“The Duggars want to return to TV because they truly believe it was part of God’s plan for them to spread the word about their faith,” the source says.

“I think Jim Bob and Michelle honestly did expect people to just move on from this,” the source adds. “Their thinking is, they put this behind them ages ago, so why wouldn’t the rest of the world?”

I’m certain the money and fame had nothing to do with wanting to be back on TV.

I guess the family thinks it’s unfair that after you’ve positioned yourselves as ‘morally superior’ for ten years, the world won’t let you forget that your son touched your daughters and others in “inappropriate” ways.
