Trump Begs For Praise In 449 Word Rant

Donald Trump

Donald Trump took to his Truth Social platform to post a 449-word rant that reads like a desperate psychological cry for help.

“It’s incredible! I win the Election IN A LANDSLIDE against the entire Dumocrat Party, and almost 100% negative news — I won 86% of the Counties in America, 2,750 to 525, won the Electoral College, 312 to 226, was the first Republican in decades to win the Popular Vote, and decisively won all seven Swing States, all 50 States shifted toward the Republican Party for the first time, EVER — and I had to run against not one Candidate, but two, Sleepy Joe and Kamala, which has never happened before, against almost 100% negative press and Fake News, all of them willing to do anything that I lose — and yet especially Maggot Hagerman, one of the most unattractive people in the News ‘Business,’ and her lightweight assistant, Jonathan Swan, and The Failing New York Times itself, which spends all of its energy on negative stories about me. Israel Told U.S. About New Plot To Kill Trump

Donald Trump (screen capture)

Israel shared intel reports with the U.S. that Iran had recently devised a new plot to assassinate Donald Trump, adding another layer of friction as a ceasefire deal between the countries comes under strain.

From CNN:

One source said the US had picked up a steady drumbeat of intelligence in recent weeks about possible plans to assassinate Trump, but the warning from Israel was new and concerned a specific plot.

Other American officials suggested the Israeli report could be an effort to sway Trump’s decision-making as he weighs whether to intensify American military action against Iran.

The details of the plot that Israel warned about were not immediately clear, and two sources familiar with the matter said the US had not vetted it themselves.

The US government has long warned that Iran may try to kill Trump in retaliation for the 2020 drone strike he ordered which killed a top Iranian general, Qasem Soleimani.

LGBTQ Cruise Turned Away (Again!) – This Time In Egypt

Atlantis cruise

Last week, just days before my Atlantis cruise ship was to depart Athens for ten days at sea, me and my fellow passengers were informed we were NOT stopping in Turkey as planned as the Turkish government suddenly refused to let us dock citing “moral standards” and “family values.”

CNN reached out to me to talk about how that all unraveled on Sunday. You can see the interview here.

The folks in charge at Atlantis cruises scrambled quickly and came up with two new destinations to replace the stop in Turkey – Alexandria, Egypt, and the isle of Crete.

Many of us quickly set up guided tours/excursions  to go see the pyramids in Cairo. Even though it would be a long day – 3 hours drive there, several hours exploring, three hours back to ship – who doesn’t want to see the pyramids?

So most of us went to bed early last night to be up and sharp for our 7 am departures. But as my hubby and I were leaving our cabin, we found a one-page notice had been slipped under our door. Egypt has been cancelled. Continue reading “LGBTQ Cruise Turned Away (Again!) – This Time In Egypt”

Some news stories for you as we get over Hump Day:

The Advocate: Newly released data reveals that a record-breaking amount of ED meds were prescribed to cisgender active duty troops in 2025 — while banning gender-affirming care.

New Music: The new EP from leetham, KINK, sits at the intersection of emo-tinged alt-rock and gritty, bubblegum coded club music. Raw, honest, and unapologetic, the 4-track collection pays homage to the queer community with one sexually charged track at a time. You definitely hear some Charli XCX and Fall Out Boy flavors in there. Hit play and take a listen. Continue reading “Pentagon Doles Out ED Meds + New Music From leetham + More”
