Entertainment Tonight: Grammy winner Lil Nas X gave fans a fright late Wednesday night, as he wandered Ventura Blvd. in Studio City, California, in nothing but his underwear. Police reportedly transported him to a local hospital for a possible overdose and placed him under arrest for battery on a police officer.

Washington Blade: The Justice Department has asked hospitals to turn over sensitive information on medical care for trans youth.

New York Times: A federal judge on Thursday ruled that former Trump attorney Alina Habba has been serving as New Jersey’s acting U.S. attorney without legal authority: “She is not currently qualified to exercise the functions and duties of the office in an acting capacity.”

Trump first noticed Habba (who has no experience in criminal law) when she was representing a parking garage in Newark, N.J.
