Donald Trump took to social media today to declare that “approximately 92%” of documents signed by President Joe Biden—including executive orders and pardons—are now terminated and without effect.

He insisted the autopen, a long-used presidential tool, requires direct presidential authorization, which Trump claims Biden lacked, and warned of perjury charges if claimed otherwise.
“I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally.”
“Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury.”
Legal experts note pardons are constitutionally irrevocable, and past presidents like Obama and Bush have used autopens for official actions.
