New trailer for the upcoming film “The Legend of Hercules” starring Kellan Lutz.
If you like 300, Gladiator and Spartacus, this Renny Harlin-directed film will probably be up your thing. I know I’ll be seeing it 🙂
The Legend of Hercules hits theaters on January 10, 2014.
Another Hercules film – this one directed by Brett Ratner and starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson – is also due out next year in July. Haven’t seen so much about that film yet. But I’m betting with The Rock, it’ll be packed on the beef-cake side of things, too.
On Tuesday’s episode of The Biggest Loser, trainer Bob Harper came out publicly as gay to encourage contestant Bobby Saleem, who comes from a very strict Catholic family, to speak openly about his own sexual orientation to his father.
The 48-year-old personal trainer, who’s never denied his sexual orientation but hadn’t discussed it on the program, was moved by Saleem’s struggle to come out to his dad.
“I haven’t talked about my sexuality on this show ever, and now meeting Bobby, I really do believe this is the right time,” Harper said on camera. “I want to show Bobby that he doesn’t have to live in shame.”
Harper then decided to share his own story with Saleem and viewers.
“I’m gay. I knew I very long time ago that I was gay,” Harper revealed. “When I came out — when I was 17 years old — it was one of those things where I realized that there was going to be so many obstacles, but being gay doesn’t mean being weak. And being gay doesn’t mean that you are less than anybody else. It’s just who you are.”
Saleem said he would come out to his father.
Harper received an outpouring of support from viewers and tweeted a message to fans:
THANK YOU to everyone that supported my decision to talk about being gay w/ Bobby. I felt like it was appropriate & necessary. LOVE Y’ALL!! — Bob Harper (@MyTrainerBob) November 27, 2013
A shirtless Ben Cohen stops the Strictly Come Dancing show with a sexy shirtless Paso Doble
Rugby star and LGBT ally Ben Cohen performed a shirtless Paso Doble on this week’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Ben’s athleticism really comes out here. Watching him through the competition, he’s showing really strong partnering skills. Besides his obvious strength, his eye contact with Kristina is constant and you see that they are in sync as a dance couple.
Kristina’s choreography continues to impress. She finds ways to show Ben off to his strengths without diminishing her own.
And then, well, there’s just the fact that he’s BEN COHEN. Shirtless! Whoo-hoo!
Ben even does a little post-dance partnering with judge Bruno Tonioli:

The beloved characters from the original “X-Men” film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from “X-Men: First Class,” in an epic battle that must change the past — to save our future.

Ripped and shirtless Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in “X-Men: Days of Future Past”
Though it could have been confused as pure fangirl service, the scene was actually the brainchild of Marvel consigliere Joss Whedon, who thought the movie was missing a little something special.
“That [scene] kind of came from Joss actually. He just said that there needed to be something romantic in there,” Hemsworth said. “Then he said, ‘Chris, get your shirt off.’ I said, ‘Well, I don’t know. What’s the why? What are we doing?’ The justification was that it was him coming home from battle, washing blood off his hands. It is what it is. How to weigh into that without sounding like an idiot?”
“Thor: The Dark World” sees its release on November 8th.
