• While Laurie Metcalf is getting rave reviews for her star turn in the Broadway production of “Misery,” her co-star Bruce Willis is getting racked over the coals for his “wooden” performance and needing to be fed lines via ear piece.

• The legal defense team for Kathryn Knott, convicted gay-basher, thinks it can keep the young homophobe out of jail by pushing for a mistrial.

• Donald Trump says if he becomes president (oh! my sides…) he will work to make sure the anti-gay “Religious Liberty” bill reaches his desk.

• A new Gallup poll shows the number of Americans who identify as “Christian” has dropped 5 percentage points since 2008; the number of folks who identify with no religious affiliation has risen 5 points.

• Billboard has published it’s year-end Hot 100 Songs of 2015. You’ll never guess where Adele’s “Hello” landed.

• Best LGBT Moments of 2015? Easily one of the top was when this straight high schooler asked his best gay to senior prom.

• The U.S. Senate Intelligence committee is looking into whether Sen. Ted Cruz accidentally shared classified info during the GOP debate last night.

• A judge in Baltimore declares mistrial in the case of the police officer accused of killing Freddie Gray.

• Oh, did you hear violent Philly gay-basher Kathryn Knott was found GUILTY of assault and a few other things? Share the good news 🙂

• This guy got 18 months in jail for performing oral sex on a passed out straight guy.

• Six Republican presidential candidates have pledged to make discriminating against LGBTs legal IF they become president. (Don’t worry – none of them will…)

• Caitlyn Jenner says she still plans to vote Republican despite the GOP’s terrible positions on transgender folks.

• Talk about a queen with staying power – Queen Elizabeth II is now the longest reigning monarch in United Kingdom history.

• A year after a repeal campaign led by the infamous Duggar family overturned LGBT protections in Fayetteville, Arkansas, a special election held last night passed an new (although flawed) version of the ordinance 53%-47%.

• Mike Huckabee admits he blocked Sen. Ted Cruz from appearing at the Kim Davis rally.

• Edging up to Donald Trump in the polls, retired surgeon Dr. Ben Carson questions Donald Trump’s “faith.” Smart move or torpedo?

• Caitlyn Jenner is still lukewarm on the idea of marriage equality.

• Rogue county clerk Kim Davis received fan mail while cooling her heels in the hoosegow. I’m sure she’s hoping for lots of checks in those envelopes since her crowd-sourcing campaign has stalled BIG TIME.
