Tennessee lawmakers have introduced their own "Don't Say Gay" legislation which would prohibit discussion of LGBTQ topics on any level in schools. Some news stories you might have missed: • New York Times: The Tennessee House, where Republicans have a super-majority, voted to expel two Democrats from the state legislature a week after they joined protesters in a call for stricter gun laws in the wake of a shooting that left six dead at a Christian school.
