New York Presidential Primary: Hillary Clinton & Donald Trump Win Big
According to the Associated Press, it is now mathematically impossible for Sen. Ted Cruz or Gov. John Kasich to get to 1,237 delegates before the Republican convention this summer. Their only path to the nomination is to block Donald Trump and force a contested convention.

Hillary Clinton: I’ve Got Hot Sauce In My Bag
During an interview with THE BREAKFAST CLUB, Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton shared that she always keeps hot sauce in her purse.
Via TMZ:
Charlamagne asked the Prez hopeful what’s in her purse, and she went for the sauce … clearly a reference to Beyonce’s “Formation,” in which she sings, “I keep hot sauce in my bag, swag.”
When asked if she was pandering to black people, she jokingly said … “Is it working?”
She’s been getting blasted for the comment, but truth is Hill’s talked about her love of chili peppers and hot sauce since 1992, when she started using it to boost her immune system.
So basically, Clinton was on the sauce long before Bey.
As TMZ points out, this really isn’t a new thing for Clinton. Chilies and hot sauce have been a “thing” for her for a long time.
She has previously talked about her love of hot sauce and peppers many times in the past like here and here and here.
New York Daily News Endorses “Super-Prepared Warrior Realist” Hillary Clinton
The New York Daily News has enthusiastically endorsed former Secretary of State just days before the New York state Democratic primary.
From the paper’s editorial board:
On April 19, New York Democrats will have unusual say over the party’s nominee. They have in Clinton a superprepared warrior realist. They have in opponent Bernie Sanders a fantasist who’s at passionate war with reality. By choosing Clinton, Empire State Dems would powerfully signal that the party has gotten real about achieving long-sought goals.
Clinton is unsparingly clear-eyed about what’s wrong with America while holding firm to what’s right with America.
She fully understands the toll that adverse economic forces have taken on the country.
She is supremely knowledgeable about the powers a President can wield to lift fortunes in need of lifting.
She possesses the strength and the shrewdness to confront the tough politics of advancing an ambitious Democratic agenda in the White House.
Still more, she is a cauldron-tested globalist who had the spine to give Obama a thumb’s up for taking out Osama Bin Laden and who is far the wiser about the use of American power, having served as secretary of state and seen the consequences of the war in Iraq.
These truths about America’s most well-known public figure are long past debating among Democrats, above all in New York, the state Clinton represented in the U.S. Senate.

A new campaign ad from Hillary Clinton highlights GOP front-runner Donald Trump’s statements from the campaign trail, such as Mexicans are “rapists,” Muslims should be “banned” from America and women who have abortions should be “punished.”
Hillary continues her call to unite America, while Donald Trump makes everything about “us” versus “them.”
Fox News Poll: Hillary Clinton Leading Bernie Sanders In New York
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton leads Sen. Bernie Sanders in New York state according to the latest Fox News Poll – 53%-37%.
The poll results also show in a hypothetical match-up, Clinton would win New York in the general election against Donald Trump by that same margin – 53%-37%.

HIllary Clinton Takes Aim At Donald Trump In “New York” Campaign Ad
Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton slaps at Donald Trump in a new campaign ad airing in New York.
The ad juxtaposes the state’s wide-ranging diversity with Trump’s rhetoric on Muslims, Hispanics and others, while including images of New York firefighters and rebuilding the World Trade Center.
The ad never mentions Trump by name, but does include an image of a banner saying “Trump: Coming in 2016.”
Here’s the text of the spot, narrated by Hillary Clinton:
“New York. Twenty million people strong.
“No, we don’t all look the same. We don’t all sound the same, either.
“But when we pull together, we do the biggest things in the world.
“So when some say we can solve America’s problems by building walls, banning people based on their religion, and turning against each other… Well, this is New York. And we know better.”
New York’s Democratic primary is April 19th and has 247 delegates up for grabs.
Three of this year’s candidates – Clinton, Trump and Sen. Bernie Sanders (of Vermont) call New York home.
