Michigan Auto Repair Shop Owner: My Business And My Home Will Be Protected From “Evil”

Brian Klawiter, the Michigan auto repair shop owner who said he would turn away gays who brought their cars to him, has doubled down with even more heated rhetoric.

This time he says he won’t serve gays because he’s defending his environment against “evil:”

“The environments that I have control over (where I am responsible for what occurs) including my business and my home will be protected from evil to the best of my ability.”

Michigan Auto Shop Owner Who Would Deny Gays Service Has No Business License

It turns out Brian Klawiter, the auto shop owner who posted on Facebook that he would refuse to serve openly gay customers, doesn’t even have a city business license, according to city authorities.

Brian Klawiter earlier this year told the City Council that requiring a license violates his constitutional rights because it authorizes city inspectors to enter his property without a warrant.

“This is a blatant and intentioned violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution,” Klawiter told the council on Jan. 26. “I dispute your lawful ability to do what you claim. I will not sign the application. I cannot and will not give up my civil rights, especially when requested by a government entity for which the Constitution was designed to limit the power of.”

Klawiter also says he has received death threats because of his anti-gay Facebook post, but police have not been asked to investigate, nor has Klawiter filed any charges.

Michigan Auto Shop Owner Says He Won’t Serve “Openly Gay” Customers

Quote of the day from Michigan auto shop owner Brian Klawiter:

“I would not hesitate to refuse service to an openly gay person or persons. Homosexuality is wrong, period. If you want to argue this fact with me then I will put your vehicle together with all bolts and no nuts and you can see how that works.”

“If you want to come in here with your boyfriend and you want to openly display that, that’s just not going to be tolerated here. We don’t believe that here.”

I assume this guy is either just an ass, or he’s looking for an $842,000 windfall like the pizza joint owners in Indiana?

David Barton Continues To Assert God Won’t Allow AIDS Vaccine Because Gays Must Be Punished

David Barton continues to assert that God will never allow an AIDS vaccine to be discovered because that would remove the “penalty” for homosexuality.

I don’t know how he factors in all the children born in Africa with the virus…

Note that in this video, Barton points to two different headlines that he claims came out six weeks apart.

Trouble is – they actually came out four years apart.

And were about two different studies.

Memories Pizza Owners Come Out Of Hiding Since $842,000 Windfall

The owners of Memories Pizza in Walkerton, Indiana, have come out of hiding for the first time since they told the world they would not serve a gay couple food for a wedding.

In an exclusive first interview inside Memories Pizza restaurant since it closed down last week, owner Kevin O’Connor and daughter Crystal emerged from hiding and told Daily Mail Online they had been heartened by the support of 29,000 people who donated and many more who wrote to them.

They revealed they are set to share their new fortune with disabled children, a women’s help group, fire fighters, police trusts, Christian churches and Washington florist Barronelle Stutzman, 70, who was fined after declaring she would not serve a gay wedding.

The O’Connors are being advised by financial guru Ed Butowsky, an expert in the investment wealth management industry. He said: “Mr O’Connor and Crystal are genuine people. He is devastated that he has given Walkerton a bad name and people around the US might view it as a gay hating town. It is not that. But the O’Connors believe what they believe and that is their right. They want to share the money they have received and we are discussing how best that should happen. Nothing has been decided 100 per cent, but some charities will receive money as will Barronelle Stutzman who they wish to support.”

Mr. O’Connor adds that ‘ If any child of mine came out as gay and entered into a gay marriage, I would still love them, but Daddy wouldn’t be going to the wedding.’

It would seem that Barronelle Stutzman becomes a double recipient as a separate crowd-sourcing campaign has already raised over $150,000.

Hate pays, huh?

Washington Florist Set To Receive Over $150K After Violating State Law

The Washington state florist who was found guilty of breaking state public accommodations laws stands to receive over $150,000 in donations from a GoFundMe campaign set up for her.

Barronelle Stutzman, a Christian florist, refused to sell flowers for a same-sex wedding. This constituted a violation of state law because sexual orientation is included in the state’s public accommodation laws.

The Washington State Attorney General and the same-sex couple sued Barronelle.

The court found her liable for violating the Washington Law Against Discrimination and ruled that both the state and the couple may collect damages and attorneys’ fees from Barronelle’s business and personal assets.

A friend then set up a crowd-sourcing campaign alleging Stutzman could “lose her business, her home, and her savings.”

In reality, she was fined a whopping $1,000.

The “friend” writes on the GoFundMe page:

The funds will be held until the legal challenge has been resolved and the full extent of the need is assessed. Funds may be used to help cover any outstanding legal fees and costs imposed from the opposition. Funds may also be used to help replace the assets taken as a result of the legal challenges brought against Barronelle. The total cost to Barronelle is unknown because the legal challenges are ongoing. In the event the funds provided by donors exceed Barronelle’s needs, the funds will be used to cover those same expenses for others who defend their constitutional right to live consistently with their faith.

Harlem Pastor: Christians Should Be Willing To Kill To Stop Obama

In a YouTube video posted today, Harlem Pastor James David Manning says Christians need to not only be willing to die for what they believe, they need to be willing to kill as well.

Who should Christians be willing to kill? Manning lists as his enemies President Obama and “sodomites.”

From the video:

“If we’re going to win this battle for the lord God almighty, two things are going to have to happen in terms of our battle strategies. We’ve got to be willing to die for what we believe. If you believe the word of God, then there is no way you will not die willingly for the cause of Christ.

“But the other thing – if we’re gonna win this battle against Obama, the Tea Party, the long-leggy mack daddy, the quasi-Muslim freak, the vice president of both death and hell, against the sodomites, against racism – we’re gonna have to be willing to kill as well.

“You can try to arrest me, saying that I’m inciting murderous behavior. Go ahead and try. See if that will stand up in court.

“Let me tell you something, if you’re not willing to kill for what you believe, if you’re not will to kill those that are diametrically opposed in great evil against you believe, then you’re not worthy of his service.

“You gotta be willing to kill. You gotta be willing to die.”

After a crowd-sourcing campaign raised over $842,000 for an anti-gay pizzeria in Indiana, Seth Meyers knew he couldn’t hold his tongue.

And we’re the better for it.

Jesse Lee Ferguson, writing for World Net Daily, says discrimination is a God-given right.

“America was much better off when its businesses routinely posted signs that read, ‘We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone,’ and meant it. After all, they ‘built it,’ and freedom – like the freedom of association – was universally understood to be a natural, God-given right.

“But now, in our more ‘enlightened’ age, freedom has been squashed in favor of special rights for protected groups, and ‘hell to pay’ for unprotected groups.

“LGBT groups have been effective in linking their immoral cause to the noble civil rights movement. In reality, gays never wanted equality. They wanted society to accept their sinful lifestyle, or else. LGBT groups – to be blunt – act like fascists.

“What’s so bad about discrimination anyway? Discrimination has always been a hallmark of freedom. The ability to discriminate is given to us by God so that we can make right choices.”
