The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), the largest federal employee union, is calling for the immediate termination of Homeland Security Sec. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem was quick to accuse Alex Pretti, a U.S. citizen with no criminal record who worked as an intensive care nurse at a local VA hospital, of being a domestic terrorist and suggested he intended to harm agents with a gun when he was shot and killed by ICE agents yesterday.
Greg Bovino, the official in charge of Border Patrol agents deployed to Minnesota, said: “This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.”

The 37-year-old man shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis today has been identified as Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a U.S. citizen with no criminal record.
