President Biden and first lady Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and second gentleman Doug Emhoff, former President Bill Clinton and former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton are among the invited guests expected to attend an Atlanta memorial service for the late first lady Rosalynn Carter on Tuesday. The service, being held at the Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church at Emory University, is scheduled to begin at 1pm ET.
