The new survey from Politico/Ipsos found:
• 22% of respondents overall said that the conviction is important to how they will vote and that it makes them less likely to support Trump.
• Just 6% of respondents said the verdicts make them more likely to support Trump.
• 21% of those who identify as independents said they were less likely to support Trump and that the conviction is important to their vote.
• Only 5% of independents said that the conviction makes them more likely to support Trump.
• 7% of Republicans polled said the conviction is important to their vote and they are now less likely to support Trump.

Look carefully at the poll. Conviction peels off not only 21% less Independents but 7% less likely for Republicans. He CANNOT lose 7% of Republicans and win. Don’t be fooled by the absolute flood of MAGA trolls saying he’s getting stronger. Americans don’t like convicted felons. https://t.co/rBkJb4mqP0
