• Washington Blade: A federal court issued a temporary restraining order today that will halt the separation of two transgender service members from the U.S. military while their case in D.C. challenging the Trump administration’s ban moves forward. • LGBTQ Nation: A gay Venezuelan asylum seeker was among the 260 Venezuelans who were recently deported to an El Salvadorian torture facility for allegedly having tattoos affiliated with a terrorist group Tren de Aragua. He’s a barber, and his tattoos have nothing to do with a gang.
His lawyer told Rachel Maddow that the Trump administration refuses to let him appear in court.
