• Outsports: The International Olympic Committee announced Tuesday that their 17-year-old policy on transgender and non-binary participation will end effective March 2022, leaving individual sports to determine their own policies. • NBC News: Some married same-sex couples may get retroactive federal income tax refunds if President Biden’s Build Back Better Act passes in Congress. Couples would be able to file amended tax returns going back to 2004.
