Out recording artist Kisos recently dropped the new single,”Bite Your Tongue,” a tension-filled track that drags those who remain passive in the face of genocide of marginalized people.

Calling out both conservative and liberal perspectives, nobody is exempt from the greater compassion this song calls for.

The insistent, heavy synthesizers and kicks are the perfect balance for Kisos’s soulful vocals.

You leave us crawling, crawling, crawling
Crawling away
Don’t recognize the human face
That suffers under the gun
Now we’re all bleeding
Cuz you bite your tongue

“I tried to bring mirrors to uncomfortable truths versus shaming anyone, but it’s a tough balance,” Kisos shares. “Lives are on the line here. At the very least I’m encouraging everyone to have tough, productive conversations and make small differences wherever we can.”
