On the red carpet of the 2022 Billboard Music AwardsSorry folks for the light posting today. I was asked to help out ABC News (aka ABC Radio/Audio, GMA, etc…) on the red carpet of the 2022 Billboard Music Awards today.
What an experience joining master interviewer Andrea Dresdale of ABC Audio, as it’s now known as she provides audio and video interviews for all of ABC’s platforms from ABC Radio to Good Morning America to ABC’s online media.
I’ve interviewed people on the red carpets of gala events before, but this was my first major awards show red carpet. We were right in the middle of the red carpet sandwiched between the team from NBC News and E! News.
What a learning experience to see so many dynamics in play between publicists, artists, journalists, and more.
Among the stars we interviewed were Michael Buble, Dan + Shay, Heidi Klum, Alexa, Latto, Becky G, Glass Animals, and tons more
