• OUT: Boots star Miles Heizer (above) says he is “very much manifesting Boots season 2. That’s what I want and I won’t stop until I get it!” I’m with you, Miles.
• LGBTQ Nation: Out Rep. Angie Craig (D-MN) has introduced a bill to implement anti-discrimination protections for LGBTQ foster youth and LGBTQ couples who want to adopt.
Craig is an adoptive parent herself who had to fight anti-gay discrimination in court to adopt her son.

• The Advocate: A federal court has rejected a request by Trump’s Justice Department to access trans kids’ medical records. Leave our trans kids alone!
• Queerty: The entry rules from New York City’s infamous 1970s/80s gay club The Mineshaft were recently unearthed. A members-only, dress-code cruise club, they were serious about how you presented – “no preppie clothes, no cologne, no suits, no ties.”

• Bloomberg: The Trump family’s fortune has fallen to about $6.7 billion from $7.7 billion in early September, a decline largely tied to its growing portfolio of crypto ventures. Aw….that’s too bad.
• New York Times: The Pentagon announced that it was investigating Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), for “serious allegations of misconduct,” less than a week after he took part in a video that reminded troops to refuse illegal orders. Kelly responded with this statement:
