• Politico: Former Rep. Barney Frank, the first member of Congress to come out as gay while in office, has entered hospice care at his home in Maine. As one of his last acts, the liberal icon is preparing to release a book calling out progressive Democrats for embracing “an agenda that goes beyond what’s politically acceptable.”

• The Advocate: The U.S. Supreme Court declined to revive a Florida lawsuit that would punish public schools for respecting a transgender student’s identity, leaving intact a lower court ruling that LGBTQ advocates say protects young people from being forcibly outed at home.
• Washington Blade: House Republicans are pushing for a nationwide “Don’t Say Gay” bill. House Bill 2616 would require any public schools that receive federal funding to require parental consent before using a student’s preferred pronouns or allowing them to use a gender-aligned bathroom.
• Pink News: Pink Punters, an LGBTQ nightclub located about 50 miles northwest of London, burned down over the weekend. Authorities have arrested a 51-year-old suspect on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life.

• New York Times: Amid the recent Jimmy Kimmel/Trump kerfuffle, the FCC has now ordered an early review of all station licenses owned by ABC. Last month, FCC chair Brendan Carr openly boasted that he was getting all of Trump’s critics taken off the air.
• MSN: Congressional Republicans are pushing to use taxpayer funds to build Trump’s beloved ballroom. This thing was never going to be “privately funded….”
• PEOPLE: Shannon Elizabeth, one of the star’s of the 1999 hit movie American Pie, launched an OnlyFans account earlier this month, and scored “more than seven figures” in its first week. A girl’s gotta eat…
