• Florida Trident: Sarasota police have recovered a cell phone video taken by Florida GOP chairman Christian Ziegler of his sexual encounter with a woman who has alleged he raped her. The victim can be heard in the brief video telling Ziegler to climax in her mouth rather than on her new shirt. So…not rape…? • Fucked Around, Found Out 1: Kevin Patrick Smith pleaded guilty to about 60 threatening messages for Sen. Jon Tester. Here’s one: “You stand toe to toe with me, I rip your head off. You die.” FBI agents found 4 shotguns, 5 rifles, 8 pistols, and nearly 1,200 rounds of ammunition at his home. Smith was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison today. • Fucked Around, Found Out 2: Alan Hostetter, a retired police chief, was convicted of bringing a hatchet onto Capitol grounds, disorderly conduct at the violent Jan. 6 riots, and more.
