The Advocate: Andry Hernández Romero (above), a gay makeup artist who sought asylum in the U.S. due to persecution in Venezuela but was deported to a prison in El Salvador, has been released as part of a prisoner swap — but he’s being sent back to Venezuela instead of the U.S.

Socialite Life: Billy Bush recently acknowledged this week that he enraged global music icon Ricky Martin early in his career, when he asked the singer about his sexuality during an interview.

NY Post: The jumbotron at a Coldplay concert this week accidentally exposed an affair between Andy Byron, CEO of the $1.2 billion software company Astronomer, and Kristin Cabot, his chief human resources officer (oh, the irony). Byron is very much married—to Megan Kerrigan Byron. Cabot, meanwhile, divorced her husband in 2022.

JoeMyGod: Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) claimed in a recent interview that Donald Trump currently enjoys a 90% approval rating. [that’s a lie]. The NY Times average of polls shows Trump has 44% approval, RealClearPolitics average puts him at 45.8% approval, and Gallup polling shows 40% approval – nothing near 90% approval.
