• LA Times: The California Republican Party may remove opposition to same-sex marriage and abortion from its state platform in order to more closely align with California voters.
• LGBTQ Nation: A federal appeals court has reversed a lower court’s decision to block parts of Alabama’s gender-affirming care ban, thus allowing the law to go into effect.

• The Guardian: Donald Trump is expected to surrender at the Fulton County jail on Thursday evening on racketeering and conspiracy charges over his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020. He reportedly had his lawyers negotiate the booking to take place during the prime viewing hours for the cable news networks.
• News5Cleveland: An attorney (and longtime Republican) from Shaker Heights was found guilty of two counts of election fraud for voting twice in the 2020 and 2022 general elections. The prosecutor in the case called James Saunders “the poster child for voter fraud.”
