Disney’s ABC is taking Jimmy Kimmel’s late night talk show off the air “indefinitely” over his recent comments about Charlie Kirk’s suspected killer.

Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray announced today that Tyler Robinson has been formally charged in connection to the shooting death of far-right activist Charlie Kirk.

The charges include: felony aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, two counts of felony obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.
