A federal judge in Kentucky has struck down the Biden Administration’s expansion of Title IX, the 1972 law that forbids discrimination based on sex. The new rules that would have also prohibited discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation. The judge in the case ruled the new regulations overstepped the president’s authority.
