A criminal complaint has been filed against 44-year-old Christopher Mark Jacobs, accused of attacking another man at an apartment complex on January 28. According to public statements made by the victim’s lawyers, the victim was lured to an apartment after being contacted via an app and attacked because he is gay. Far-right conservative podcaster Dan Bongino, the new deputy director of the FBI, doesn’t have any experience with the bureau. A former NYPD officer and Secret Service agent, he’s spent the past years being host of a podcast that was banned from YouTube. The cause of death was ALS, sometimes known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.
