• The Advocate: A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from obtaining sensitive medical records belonging to transgender people who received gender-affirming care as minors in New York City.
• PBS: Postmaster General David Steiner told lawmakers that under a new proposed rule, spurred by Trump’s most recent anti-voting order, USPS will not deliver mail ballots unless states hand over their voter lists to the Trump administration.
