• AP News: An appeals court upheld a block on Donald Trump’s executive order limiting mail voting today, a decision that comes as the Supreme Court considers the same case and states have already started sending out ballots for the high-stakes midterm elections.
• Democracy Docket: The American Postal Workers Union says a “catastrophic wholesale non-delivery” of hundreds of thousands of mail ballots will likely occur if states are forced to comply with Trump’s new mail voting rule this November.
