• TMZ: OnlyFans personality Drake Von was cited for driving under the influence over the weekend in Las Vegas where he allegedly hit another car bashing the passenger door in. He was arrested earlier in June for allegedly trying to strangle his partner.
• LGBTQ Nation: The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked a law in California that protects LGBTQ kids from being forcibly outed by teachers.

• WSMV: A Tennessee Christian school sued by a senior who came out as gay and was prevented from going to graduation last year will now have to pay her $10,000 as part of a settlement. The school is also prevented from making disparaging comments about her to colleges, which the principal had threatened to do.
• NBC News: Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) has misrepresented a response from MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred regarding the recent brouhaha over 3 San Francisco Giants players writing bible verses on their caps for the Giants’ Pride Night.
Hawley says MLB “admitted” it was wrong. Manfred wrote in his letter, “MLB was not discriminating or chastising those players based on their religious beliefs; rather MLB was enforcing (with only an oral warning) a long-standing, collectively bargained rule that keeps uniforms clean and avoids controversy.”

• American Research Group: New polling by ARG shows Donald Trump’s approval rating has dropped to 30% — its lowest point during his two presidencies. Trump also hit a low on the economy with a 26% approval rating and 70% disapproval rating.
