Independent journalist Aaron Rupar shared on X (previously Twitter) what looks to be a threatening direct message he apparently received from a college football coach. Rupar shared a screenshot of a DM from an account that appears to belong to Brett Peabody, the head coach of the Long Beach City Vikings.

The message read: “You’re done you sorry fascist scumbag, hope you get held accountable for the bullshit that you’ve spread. Justice is in the horizon kiddo.” That X account went private shortly after Rupar shared the message. It looks like Peabody might be in the early “Find Out” phase of life.
