|High school student David Hogg (L) and Laura Ingraham (R)|
Just a little update to share that 18 sponsors now say they will no longer advertise on Laura Ingraham’s Fox News show.
Advertisers have been fleeing in droves since Ingraham mocked David Hogg, one of the survivors of the Parkland school shooting, for getting rejection letters from colleges.
Unsurprisingly, Ingraham says she’s taking a “vacation” next week.
You’ll recall when Bill O’Reilly got into hot water last year over payments to women for sexual harassment/inappropriate behavior charges, he went on vacay.
Laura Ingraham has every right to attack anyone she wants. David Hogg has every right to fight back. Her advertisers have every right to no longer sponsor her show. And FoxNews has every right to fire her. Because this is America, and that’s how things work here.🇺🇸#FireIngraham

40 minutes into Laura Ingraham show and there have been 2 commercial breaks.
Some major national advertisers sticking with her (Gillette, Advil, Progressive Insurance)
But there was also a spot from the Ad Council, which is filler for when you can’t sell ads

Funny how Laura Ingraham told LeBron to shut up and dribble and now she’s the one being shut up.
The universe has a way of settling all of its accounts.

I hope this ends in the same way as Bill O’Reilly’s vacation…
