Speaking to the National Association of Black Journalists today, Donald Trump declared that Vice President Kamala Harris “was always of Indian heritage” and then “she became a Black person.” Srsly. Trust and believe – Kamala Harris has known she’s Black her entire life. She attended Howard University, one of the nation’s most prominent historically Black colleges and universities, and was a member of the Congressional Black Caucus. Watch the clips below. He went on to tell the NABJ members that his message was to warn of people “invading” the country who are taking “Black jobs,” but was unable to explain what a “Black job” is. Please note the audience laughing at the Donald. Why the NABJ gave him a platform after he’s been horrendous to Black journalists, I’ll never know.
