• NBC News: Spirit Airlines said in court papers filed today that it was forced to ground its fleet for good over the weekend because “recent geopolitical events resulted in a massive and sustained increase in fuel prices.” Team Trump has been relentlessly trying to blame former President Biden and Pete Buttigieg for the airline’s closure.
• WABC: Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is breathing on his own after being hospitalized with pneumonia and placed on a ventilator. Giuliani, 81, remains in critical but stable condition at a Florida hospital. Donald Trump used the news to regurgitate his election lies.
