Woofy Colombian recording star Maluma brought the heat to his Instagram yesterday when he threw down a video showing off his arm workout and more. Grinding out his final bicep curls, the blond 27-year-old was serving up sweat and abs. And let’s face it, Colombia can get preeeeety humid, so ditching the shirt was a good move (especially for his fans). The singer has become an accomplished thirst trap on his Insta. Let’s face it – the guy knows how to smolder for the camera. Halloween Costumes: This Cookie Monster Has His Eye On A Snack

Grindr asked real-life YouTube couple Zed and Ray to share some early Halloween fun by trying on some pretty sexy costumes in advance of the October 31 holiday. First up, the men serve up some Sesame Street realness as Cookie Monster and a Cookie snack. Ray is clearly feeling the vibe telling Zed (who looks snack AF), “I’m really ready to eat. Can I bite you?” Next up, the guys are an updated take on Cher and Dionne from the movie Clueless. Trust and believe, these guys do NOT wear polyester hair. “As if!” We knew some Disney characters had to be in the mix and sure enough, check out this sassy version of Jasmine and Aladdin. The men laugh as they try out a few lines from the animated film after scoping each other out: “A whole new world!!” Ray and Zed bring some swagger to Tigger and Pooh as Zed keeps telling Ray, “I really like this one on you.” Zed’s Pooh knows some honey when he sees it. The wonderful thing about Tiggers is Tiggers are wonderful things. A shirtless take on Troll dolls puts the men in a party mood as the guys don huge colorful wigs and face glitter. “Give me a Troll kiss,” says Zed, and Ray leans in for the smooch. Netflix has a hit on its hands with the new series Down to Earth with a bearded and buff Zac Efron. The travelogue follows Efron as he hip-hops around a pre-COVID-19 world exploring climate-friendly, sustainable living habits. “In this travel show, actor Zac Efron journeys around the world with wellness expert Darin Olien in search of healthy, sustainable ways to live,” Netflix writes of the new show. From eating bread baked in a volcano in Iceland, to experiencing the rarest water in the world, our host shares his furry goodness adventures from around the world and much more. Here’s the trailer. Watching Chris Hemsworth’s Shirtless Workout Made Me Sweat

If you thought ‘Thor’ could hurl a hammer, check out shirtless Avengers star Chris Hemsworth sling some weights around in a grassy field. Now, to be fair, there’s a very good reason why Hemsworth is shirtless. You see, it spontaneously burst into flames. “It was so hot my shirt literally burst into flames,” wrote Hemsworth. “Luckily I was wearing my favourite pair of fire retardant shorts.” “Give this circuit a go 6 times through Centrfit,” he added referencing his fitness app which boasts training programs and tips from Hemsworth’s own fitness team. The circuit consists of bent-over rows, a farmer’s carry, bicep curls combined with overhead press, and topped off with a sprint. Do that six times and we’re pretty sure we’d burst into flames as well.

The post has been liked over 3.2 million times at this writing. The 36-year-old actor is known for sharing his circuit workouts via Instagram. Last month, Hemsworth shared this challenging bit of gym time wrestling some iron with trainers Luke Zocchi and Jorge Blanco. Now, when the god of thunder is out of breath, you know it’s intense.

We may (or may not) have seen the final Avengers movie with Avengers: Endgame, but Hemsworth will return as the thunder god in Thor: Love and Thunder in 2021. One thing is for sure: Hemsie is definitely going to be in tip-top, god-like shape. Here’s one more workout from our hero – this one is called the Devil’s Workout. Mother’s Day is coming up on May 12, and KFC is stepping up their game so you can send Mom a special video just for her.

The fried chicken giant has a new website, Chickendales.com, where you can create a Mother’s Day video greeting she’ll never forget.

Colonel Sanders (who’s clearly been hitting the gym) and his Chippendales back-up dancers are serving up a tasty semi-personalized performance.

“Oh howdy, mom,” says the newly-beefed up Colonel. “I hear you’re the best mom in the world.”

“What do you think, boys?,” as the men remove their shirts, collar up and the beat kicks in.

At the special website, you enter mom’s name and the state where she lives, and KFC generates a greeting complete with Chippendales Chickendales ripping off their shirts, busting a move and tear-away pants.

One thing’s for sure, this is not your grandmother’s ‘original recipe,’ but it’s sure finger-licking good.
