More measles cases are being reported in west Texas with at least 10 cases as of Friday according to The Texas Department of State Health Services. The outbreak has only affected unvaccinated students so far. Eight of the cases were found in Gaines County which (no surprise) has one of the highest levels of vaccine exempt students in the state..
