Trump Being Sued By Former Staffer For Nonconsensual Kiss During Campaign

A former campaign staffer has filed a lawsuit alleging Donald Trump kissed her during a campaign event in 2016.

In interviews with The Washington Post, and in the lawsuit, Alva Johnson said Trump grabbed her hand and leaned in to kiss her on the lips as he exited an RV outside the rally in Tampa on Aug. 24, 2016. Johnson said she turned her head and the unwanted kiss landed on the side of her mouth, which she called “super-creepy and inappropriate.”

“I immediately felt violated because I wasn’t expecting it or wanting it,” she said. “I can still see his lips coming straight for my face.”

Johnson said she told her boyfriend, mother and stepfather about the incident later that day, an account all three confirmed to The Post. Two months later, Johnson consulted a Florida attorney about the unwanted kiss; he gave The Post text messages showing that he considered her “credible” but did not take her case for business reasons. The attorney gave Johnson the name of a therapist, whose notes, which The Post reviewed, reference an unspecified event during the campaign that had left her distraught.

Trump famously said on the Access Hollywood video, “I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.”

So, he’s basically accused of doing what he said he does.

The White House denies the allegation.

Former Florida Attorney General (and Trump supporter) Pam Bondi, who was present at the event, said she did not see the incident.

“Do I recall seeing anything inappropriate? One hundred percent no. I’m a prosecutor, and if I saw something inappropriate, I would have said something.” Bondi also didn’t investigate Trump University fraud after Trump wrote her a $25k check for her reelection fund.

Kevin Spacey Makes Court Appearance Regarding Alleged Sexual Assault

Academy Award winner Kevin Spacey appeared in court today to enter a plea of not guilty to a single felony charge of indecent assault and battery in regard to allegations involving an 18-year-old male at a Nantucket bar in 2016.

After the brief 10-minute hearing, Judge Thomas S. Barrett released Spacey on his own recognizance, according to NBC10Boston.

The allegations were made public in November 2017 by former local news anchor Heather Unruh, who claims Spacey groped her then-18-year-old son at the Club Car Restaurant in July 2016. Her son was employed there at the time as a bus boy.

According to documents obtained by MassLive that were filed in court, the teen asked to meet the Oscar winner after his shift ended at the restaurant. The young man admitted to investigators that he told Spacey he was 23-years-old.

Unruh says Spacey bought the teen several drinks and eventually sexually assaulted her son by groping the teen’s leg. The teen says Spacey continued by unzipping his pants and touching him without consent.

The alleged groping, according to the court filing, went on for some minutes. The teen told the police investigator that he didn’t say anything or walk away during the assault.

The young man apparently sent video of Spacey touching him to his girlfriend via Snapchat.

Spacey allegedly asked the boy to go back to the house where he was staying, which the teen says made him uncomfortable.

But an audio recording of a December 2018 court hearing, obtained by The Boston Globe, shows Spacey’s legal team asserts the encounter was consensual.

Spacey’s attorneys point to the fact that the boy did not immediately report the incident to police. In fact, the teen wasn’t interviewed in person until a year later.

The 59-year-old’s lawyers also note that the alleged victim admits to approaching Spacey first, and lying about his age.

Further, Spacey’s attorney Alan Jackson says the teen’s admission that the alleged groping went on for approximately three minutes but he made no move to stop it shows the encounter was consensual.

Said Jackson, per the audio recording, “That’s an incredibly long time to have a strange man’s hands in your pants, correct?”

Judge Barrett scheduled a March 4 pre-trial hearing which Spacey will not be required to attend, although he must be available by telephone.

If found guilty, Spacey could face up to five years in prison or up to 2½ years in a house of correction. A finding of guilty would also require Spacey to register as a sex offender.

These allegations are just part of a firestorm of accusations of sexual misconduct leveled at Spacey during the height of the #MeToo movement beginning in fall of 2017.

Spacey was eventually fired from his hit Netflix series, House of Cards, and was replaced in the already-completed film, All the Money in the World.

After the December court hearing, Spacey released a bizarre video via YouTube where he reprised his House of Cards character, Frank Underwood, urging the viewer to not rush to judgement.

“Despite even my own death, I feel surprisingly good, and my confidence grows each day that soon enough you will know the full truth,” said Spacey in the video.

Photog Bruce Weber Releases Suggestive Texts Sent By Model Suing Him

Celebrated fashion photographer, Bruce Weber, has been under attack for the past year fighting a slew of sexual misconduct accusations by over 20 male models.

One of those models, Jason Boyce, filed a lawsuit against the photographer last year alleging inappropriate sexual behavior during a 2014 photo shoot.

The Los Angeles Times reported at the time of the lawsuit:

The complaint alleges that Weber grabbed Boyce and kissed him on the lips. It also states, “Weber put his fingers in Mr. Boyce’s mouth. Shocked, Mr. Boyce opened his eyes. Mr. Weber told him to keep his eyes closed, and kept his fingers in Mr. Boyce’s mouth. ‘If you just had confidence, you’d go really far,’ Mr. Weber whispered. ‘How far do you want to make it? How ambitious are you?’ Mr. Boyce did not respond.”

Then, in December, five additional models filed a lawsuit according to The New York Times. The new filing labels Weber a “serial sexual predator” alleging he touched the men while leading ‘breathing exercises’ during photo shoots, and insinuated he could help their careers if they complied.

Weber’s lawyer, Jayne Weintraub, issued a statement to The New York Times that called the new allegations against the 72-year-old “outrageous.”

“Bruce Weber has never lured, recruited, or forced anyone to do anything and has never inappropriately touched a model,” wrote Weintraub in an email. “This lawsuit is nothing more than a media-hungry lawyer’s attempt to extort Mr. Weber with false, fictitious and legally frivolous claims. We are confident that Mr. Weber will prevail against these false allegations; not just with words, but with evidence in a court of law.”

Weintraub and Weber are now asking that Boyce’s lawsuit be dismissed, and have submitted with their filing several racy pics and text messages they say Boyce sent to Weber before and after the 2014 photo shoot in question.

“It has been over a year since Plaintiff, an unsuccessful 32-year old male model, filed his complaint containing false and salacious allegations that Mr. Weber, an internationally acclaimed fashion photographer, inappropriately touched him during a brief photo shoot in 2014.”

“Since then, Plaintiff has refused to provide required discovery and failed to identify any evidence to support his claims, because his claims are false. Nonetheless, now, almost one year later, Plaintiff is ‘doubling down’ on his false claims’ charade, by seeking leave to amend and assert a claim against Mr. Weber under the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015.”

The new filing says Boyce “repeatedly texted pictures of himself to Mr. Weber in provocative poses, both prior to and after the brief photo shoot, demonstrating that Plaintiff was soliciting Mr. Weber, not the other way around.”

“Similarly, Plaintiff’s allegation that he was so horrified at the thought of running into Mr. Weber that he fled New York and sought refuge in California, cannot be reconciled with the provocative and solicitous texts that Plaintiff sent to Mr. Weber over the next several months,” added Weintraub.

Over decades of work, Weber has shot enormously successful photo campaigns for companies like Abercrombie & Fitch, Louis Vuitton and Versace.

Boyce currently lists his employment as a fitness coach on his Instagram.

Police Report: There’s Video Evidence In The Sex Assault Case Against Kevin Spacey

The sexual assault case involving Oscar winner Kevin Spacey includes video evidence of the actor touching the alleged victim’s pants, according to MassLive.com.

As reported earlier this week, Spacey is scheduled to be arraigned in Nantucket, Massachusetts, on January 7.

The former House of Cards star faces one count of indecent assault on a person over the age of 14 after being accused of groping an 18-year-old in a Nantucket bar in the summer of 2016.

The alleged victim is the son of local news anchor Heather Unruh, who came forward last year with the story.

MassLive obtained the State Police report after it was filed with criminal complaint in Nantucket District Court.

It’s worth noting that the alleged assault was reported to police on October 31, 2016, a year before the onslaught of accusations against Spacey that eventually led to his firing from the hit Netflix series House of Cards and being replaced in the film, All the Money in the World.

Among the details revealed in the police report:

The teen was employed at the bar where the alleged incident took place, known as the Club Car, as a bus boy.

He asked a coworker to introduce him to Spacey after his shift.

While chatting, the teen told Spacey he was 23-years-old and the actor offered to buy him a drink.

The teen admitted to having 4-5 beers before Spacey reportedly suggested switching to whiskey saying, “Let’s get drunk.”

As the evening progressed, singing songs at a piano, the boy mentioned his girlfriend of five months to which Spacey alleged responded to by talking about the size of his penis.

Spacey reportedly asked the boy to go back to the where house he was staying, which the teen says made him uncomfortable.

Later, standing in group of people at the piano, Spacey allegedly began touching the teen’s leg, then unzipped his pants and touched him without consent.

The police trooper wrote in the report the teen was uncertain how to handle the situation as he knew he could get in trouble as he was under legal drinking age and he was drinking at work.

The boy admitted to police that he didn’t say anything nor did he walk away during the assault.

As the touching went on for some minutes, he took out his phone and captured video of Spacey groping him via Snapchat and sent it to his girlfriend. The girlfriend has confirmed receiving the video.

Eventually, Spacey went to the bathroom and Unruh’s son told a woman in the bar he thought Spacey was being inappropriate. He then ran home and shared the story with his sister.

The police report notes that the son has attempted to play down the incident, but his sister and mother both feel that response has been a ‘coping mechanism.’

Unruh’s son eventually went to the police and an investigation began.

Interviewing members of the Club Car staff, no one reported seeing any assault although two employees recalled the teen and Spacey chatting. And one remembered the boy looking “pale, blank and a bit frightened.”

As Instinct reported, the day the charges were announced, Spacey tweeted out a link to a bizarre YouTube video. The tweet was his first in a year.

Spacey delivered a monologue to the camera as his former House of Cards character, ‘Frank Underwood,’ saying in part, “But, you wouldn’t believe the worst without evidence, would you?”

In the heat of the #MeToo movement last year, Spacey was accused by actor Anthony Rapp (RENT, Star Trek: Discovery) of inappropriate behavior at a holiday party decades ago when both were appearing on Broadway. Rapp was 14 at the time of that alleged incident.

Spacey responded to Rapp’s accusation by saying he was ‘horrified’ by the story but didn’t remember it. He then offered an apology to Rapp characterizing the episode as what must have been “deeply drunken behavior.”

He also used the apology to finally come out as gay after years of rumors.

During the following weeks, more than a dozen more allegations of sexual misconduct involving Spacey were reported.

Sen. Chuck Grassley: Kavanaugh’s Accuser Deserves To Be Heard

Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, has announced the accuser of Supreme Court nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, “deserves to be heard.”

Via press release:

Anyone who comes forward as Dr. Ford has deserves to be heard, so I will continue working on a way to hear her out in an appropriate, precedented and respectful manner. The standard procedure for updates to any nominee’s background investigation file is to conduct separate follow-up calls with relevant parties.

In this case, that would entail phone calls with at least Judge Kavanaugh and Dr. Ford. Consistent with that practice, I asked Senator Feinstein’s office yesterday to join me in scheduling these follow-ups. Thus far, they have refused. But as a necessary step in evaluating these claims, I’ll continue working to set them up.

Unfortunately, committee Republicans have only known this person’s identity from news reports for less than 24 hours and known about her allegations for less than a week. Senator Feinstein, on the other hand, has had this information for many weeks and deprived her colleagues of the information necessary to do our jobs.

The Minority withheld even the anonymous allegations for six weeks, only to later decide that they were serious enough to investigate on the eve of the committee vote, after the vetting process had been completed. It’s deeply disturbing that the existence of these allegations were leaked in a way that seemed to preclude Dr. Ford’s confidentiality.

Over my nearly four decades in the Senate I have worked diligently to protect whistleblowers and get to the bottom of any issue. Dr. Ford’s attorney could have approached my office, while keeping her client confidential and anonymous, so that these allegations could be thoroughly investigated. Nevertheless, we are working diligently to get to the bottom of these claims.

As previously reported here, Kavanaugh has been accused of sexual misconduct in high school by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, a noted college professor.

In addition to coming forward over the weekend, Ford has apparently submitted to and passed a lie detector test regarding the assault.

Several LGBTI organizations, including the LGBT Bar Association of New York and the National Center for Transgender Equality, called for an investigation into allegations. They also asked that the Senate Judiciary committee hit pause on consideration of Kavanaugh until an investigation has been completed.

It was revealed this past Wednesday that Supreme Court nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, has been accused of sexual misconduct back in his high school days.

Now, the accuser has come forward – Christine Blasey Ford, a college professor who’s been widely published in academic journals.

According to reports, she told a therapist about the incident in 2012.

And, she’s apparently taken and passed a lie detector test about the alleged incident.

From the Washington Post:

Speaking publicly for the first time, Ford said that one summer in the early 1980s, Kavanaugh and a friend — both “stumbling drunk,” Ford alleges — corralled her into a bedroom during a gathering of teenagers at a house in Montgomery County..

While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.

“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”

Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house.

Ford said she told no one of the incident in any detail until 2012, when she was in couples therapy with her husband. The therapist’s notes, portions of which were provided by Ford and reviewed by The Washington Post, do not mention Kavanaugh’s name but say she reported that she was attacked by students “from an elitist boys’ school” who went on to become “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.” The notes say four boys were involved, a discrepancy Ford says was an error on the therapist’s part. Ford said there were four boys at the party but only two in the room.

Kavanaugh has denied the allegations as has Mark Judge, the ‘friend’ identified by Ford.

Ohio Politician Arrested On 26 Counts of Sexual Misconduct With Teenagers

An Ohio politician has been arrested and charged on a whopping 26 felony charges of sexual misconduct with teenagers aged 13-17.

Phillip Garcia, 63, is the councilman for Ward 2 in Conneaut. He is also a member of the Parks and Recreation committee, Economic Development Committee, and Public Service Department/Cemeteries committee.

Authorities indicted Garcia on Tuesday (28 August). They took him to Ashtabula County Jail, where he is being held on the charges. He was being investigated for several months prior to his arrest.

The charges include five counts of rape, four counts of corruption of a minor, and two counts of sexual conduct with a minor. The other 15 are counts of compelling prostitution.

According to court documents, the alleged misconduct took place between 1997 and 2005. Garcia’s apparent victims were five minors between the ages of 13 and 17. Four of the five worked for Garcia’s catering business.

Attorney General DeWine said there are also concerns there may be more victims.

But Garcia and his lawyers say he’s the target of a smear campaign because he’s gay.

“Mr. Garcia has been unfairly and unjustly targeted because he is a homosexual by overzealous law enforcement who have mischaracterized his actions from over twenty years ago,” attorney Reid Yoder says in a statement.

“This indictment is an extreme example of police and prosecutors grossly overcharging a person based on their sexual orientation in attempt to gain media headlines.”

Nicole Eggert On Scott Baio: He Penetrated Me With His Finger When I Was 14-Years-Old

Appearing on Megyn Kelly TODAY, Nicole Eggert went into more detail about her allegations that Charles in Charge co-star Scott Baio sexually assaulted her during the run of the 80s sitcom while she was 14-17 years old.

The actress, who is 11 years younger than Baio, told Kelly that the first time Baio was sexually inappropriate was in his garage where he penetrated her with his finger.

She goes on to say that Baio warned her to stay quiet about the alleged incidents as he could go to jail and the TV show would come to an end leaving hundreds, including her, out of work.

Eggert went on to star on the long-running Baywatch series.

While Baio has denied all of the allegations, he does admit he had intercourse with Eggert once she turned 18. He says that Eggert came on to him and he responded as any “red-blooded American” male would.

Scott Baio Accused Of Sexual Molestation By 80s Sitcom “Charles In Charge” Co-Star Nicole Eggert

Nicole Eggert, who was a child star on the 80s sitcom Charles in Charge has accused her co-star, prominent Donald Trump supporter Scott Baio, of sexual molestation during the run of the show.

According to Eggert, the alleged multiple incidents occurred during the time she was 14 to 17-years-old.

Adam Carl, an actor who appeared on the TV show at the time, says he remembers Eggert crying to him about the alleged assaults. His statement could serve as contemporaneous corroboration of her accusations.

Renee Baio, Scott’s wife, attempted to defend her man on Twitter:

The actor-turned-reality-star took to Facebook to deny the accusations saying in part, “I’m here today to talk about some allegations that have been made against me that aren’t true by somebody named Nicole Eggert. The reason I’m doing Facebook Live is because nobody can edit me, nobody can change what I said. These are my words. And what I’m telling you is the truth.”

Baio continued, “I’m going to knock down all these false claims against me. My reputation is being damaged. My family is being put through this and I’m done. I’m done. So, I’m going to walk you through this methodically and hopefully succinctly and please be patient because what I’m being accused of is horrible. I’m being accused of inappropriately touching her when she was a minor, and having sex with her when she was a minor….”

Baio did admit that once Eggert turned 18, he did have consensual sexual relations with her, but it was instigated by Eggert, not him.

“Now, any normal, heterosexual, red-blooded, American guy… the outcome would have been the same, the same thing would have happened,” said Baio. “She seduced me. She came in the house and started kissing me.”

Baio, whio is 57-years-old now, would have been about 26-year-old when the alleged abuse began.

Eggert posted additional tweets in response to questions on Twitter, but later deleted them.
