Furry Friday Music Video: DaddyB “I Want A Bear”

As Bear Week is about to get underway in Provincetown, DaddyB drops this timely little ditty about bears and the guys who love them.

Probably NSFW.

From Queerty:

Set to a ‘90s house music-inspired beat, DaddyB vents his frustration about being steered in the wrong direction when it comes to men. “You keep pointing out every tweezed, plucked, shaved, skinny, wannabe muscle boy who walks by, and I’m through,” he states at the beginning of the track. He goes on to proclaim, “You want to know what kind of M-A-N makes me H-O-T? I want a bear.”

Flanked by two dancing cubs in the song’s accompanying video, DaddyB spills the tea about the beefy, stocky type of guy he’s looking for. There’s a plethora of eye candy throughout the clip in the form of lumberjacks, leather men, football jocks, and military studs…and it that’s not enough, there’s even a daddy who rips a Cornish game hen in half with his bare hands. Yum.

New Music Video: Mariah Carey “Infinity”

Pop music royalty and current Las Vegas headliner Mariah Carey drops her new music video for “Infinity” today from her new album #1 To Infinity.

Beginning with a performance from her concert residency at Caesars Colosseum in Las Vegas, a lonely Mariah briefly takes to internet dating until she realizes she’s not finding true love there.

Or does she?

Catch the cameo by international super model Tyson Beckford who was headlining at the Rio Hotel & Casino with the Chippendales at the time the video was shot.

Documentary: Video Killed The Radio Star – Olivia Newton-John

This 2011 documentary, hosted by director Brian Grant and Olivia Newton-John, looks back at some of Olivia’s most famous music videos such as Physical, Silvery Rain, Stranger’s Touch, Twist of Fate, Livin’ in Desperate Times and Shaking You.

Grant (who directed all these clips) and Olivia talk about their on-set experiences and discuss how the videos impacted Liv’s career.

Really interesting to hear how some choices were made and why; some technical things you may not even think about. For instance, in the video for Twist of Fate Olivia wore all black on an entirely black set. So to keep her from looking like a “floating head” she wore a silver necklace to help her stand out without losing the sexy black look of the video.

Plus, great highlights from all those terrific music videos.

Very interesting to watch. Happy Sunday!

Music Video: Madonna “Living For Love”

The official video for Madonna’s new single “Living For Love” was put in wide release today, after being dropped on SnapChat yesterday.

(Lots of folks don’t do the “Snapchat” thing, so now we get to see…)

And the news is good. Madonna is in great form, doing what she does best. “Matador Madge” takes on a whole herd of sexy bulls in a video pumped with rich, red imagery.

Take a look below. The album, Rebel Heart, is set for release March 10th.
