Tennessee: Detective Calls On Police To Arrest & Kill “LGBT Freaks”

A Sheriff’s Office detective who is also a pastor at the All Scripture Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee, has drawn heavy criticism for a sermon he gave on June 2 where he called on police to “enforce a bible passage” that calls for killing LGBTQ people.

During a sermon titled, “Sodomite Reprobates,” Grayson Fritts said “The purpose of this sermon is, our government, like the police, should enforce Leviticus 20:13,” reports local CBS News affiliate WVLT.

In the King James Bible, Leviticus 20:13 reads, “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.”

Fritts said that “God has instilled the power of civil government to send the police in 2019 out to the LGBT FREAKS and arrest them.”

The detective said “riot teams” should round up gays at Pride events, take them to jail and put them on trial.

“We got a bunch of them we’re gonna get convicted because they’ve got their pride junk on and they’re professing what they are, they’re a filthy animal,” said Fritts.

If convicted, Fritts’ prescription is to put the LGBTQs to death.

On Wednesday evening, WVLT reporter Robert Grant attended a service where Fritts delivered another sermon at his church. According to Grant, Fritts concluded his sermon with the message, “Put homos to death.”

WVLT news anchor Amanda Hara posted on her Facebook page a photo of a message left after Fritts’s sermon that read, “Dear Pastor Fritts, I don’t know what happened to you, but I am so sorry. Love, Thy Neighbor.”

Interestingly, the Sheriff’s office reports the detective put in a request to take part in the Knox County Voluntary Workforce Reduction Buy Out program days being delivering the controversial sermon.

Timing is everything, no?

Sheriff Tom Spangler issued a statement saying Fritts is “currently on paid sick leave until the effective date of the workforce reduction which will be July 19, 2019.”

“I want to be very clear that it is my responsibility to ensure equal protection to ALL citizens of Knox County, Tennessee under the law, my oath and the United States Constitution without discrimination or hesitation,” Spangler added. “Rest assured that I have and will continue to do so.”

Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs told reporters he found Fritts’s remarks to be “extremely vile and reprehensible” and condemned the calls for violence.

WVLT reports the Knox County District Attorney’s office is now investigating the matter, as well as past closed cases handled by Fritts where his anti-gay bias may have played a role in his investigations.

Author Of “Kill The Gays” Bill In California Tries For Constitutional Amendment

Matt McLaughlin, author of the proposed (now dead) “Sodomite Suppression Act” in California, has come back with a new tactic to try and legalize killing gays with “bullets to the head.”

Instead of a law, his new approach is to file the idea as a constitutional amendment, which he thought she would have to clear for signature gathering.

And he still doesn’t see anything wrong with his idea. He says being gay has been a crime for centuries.

Kamala Harris, California Attorney General, had this to say: “Anyone who will take up their own time, or anyone else’s time, advocating for murder of innocent people in a way that is so fueled by bigotry and hate is someone whose intelligence we should question.”

Harlem Pastor: Christians Should Be Willing To Kill To Stop Obama

In a YouTube video posted today, Harlem Pastor James David Manning says Christians need to not only be willing to die for what they believe, they need to be willing to kill as well.

Who should Christians be willing to kill? Manning lists as his enemies President Obama and “sodomites.”

From the video:

“If we’re going to win this battle for the lord God almighty, two things are going to have to happen in terms of our battle strategies. We’ve got to be willing to die for what we believe. If you believe the word of God, then there is no way you will not die willingly for the cause of Christ.

“But the other thing – if we’re gonna win this battle against Obama, the Tea Party, the long-leggy mack daddy, the quasi-Muslim freak, the vice president of both death and hell, against the sodomites, against racism – we’re gonna have to be willing to kill as well.

“You can try to arrest me, saying that I’m inciting murderous behavior. Go ahead and try. See if that will stand up in court.

“Let me tell you something, if you’re not willing to kill for what you believe, if you’re not will to kill those that are diametrically opposed in great evil against you believe, then you’re not worthy of his service.

“You gotta be willing to kill. You gotta be willing to die.”

Sen. Tom Cotton: Hey Gays, At Least We Aren’t Hanging You Like In Iran

Sen. Tom Cotton really needs some media training.

Speaking to CNN’s Wolf Blitzer yesterday, Cotton said that critics of Religious Freedom Restoration Acts, like the one his governor just declined to sign, should get some global “perspective” on gay rights.

Because, hey, it could be worse!

“I think it’s important we have a sense of perspective about our priorities,” Cotton said. “In Iran they hang you for the crime of being gay. They’re currently imprisoning an American preacher for spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ in Iran. We should focus on the most important priorities that our country faces right now.”

Yeah. That makes me feel much better. You?

California Attorney General Asks Courts To Kill “Kill The Gays” Initiative

California Attorney General Kamala Harris has asked California courts to squash the recently filed “Kill The Gays” referendum initiative.

Via press release:

“As Attorney General of California, it is my sworn duty to uphold the California and United States Constitutions and to protect the rights of all Californians.

“This proposal not only threatens public safety, it is patently unconstitutional, utterly reprehensible, and has no place in a civil society.

“Today, I am filing an action for declaratory relief with the Court seeking judicial authorization for relief from the duty to prepare and issue the title and summary for the ‘Sodomite Suppression Act.’

If the Court does not grant this relief, my office will be forced to issue a title and summary for a proposal that seeks to legalize discrimination and vigilantism.”

A California lawyer recently proposed a ballot initiative to legalize the execution of gay and lesbian people in the state via bullet to the head. Due to state laws, the attorney general could be compelled to write a title and summary for the initiative for signature gathering.

California: Editorial Board Takes “Kill The Gays” Initiative To Task

A California lawyer has proposed a referendum initiative to legalize the killing of gays and lesbians via gun shot to the head.

Due to state law, the state attorney general now must come up with a title and summary for the initiative, even as the insanity of the idea hangs in the air.

The world has recently noticed the move, and as such, the state of California bears the shame of another idiot in it’s midst.

The Fresno Bee editorial board takes the issue to task today:

Delusional causes are no strangers to California’s initiative process. Outlawing divorce, criminalizing campaign lies, mandating Christmas caroling for public school children — all of these have been tried.

Usually, they fizzle out. But now comes Huntington Beach lawyer Matt McLaughlin, who, regrettably, also is no stranger to California’s initiative process.

McLaughlin, who in 2004 tried and failed via the ballot to force public schools to use the Bible as a textbook, is now testing the limits of free speech — and tolerance — with a despicable ballot measure authorizing the murder of gays and lesbians, preferably with bullets.

The “Sodomite Suppression Act” is so reprehensible that the Legislature’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Caucus has asked the State Bar to investigate McLaughlin’s fitness to practice law, and thousands have signed a petition to disbar him.

Meanwhile, Californians should channel their outrage. McLaughlin still needs 365,880 signatures to get this hate crime on the ballot, so don’t sign.

Then, next November, take a step that no one will regret: Show up at the polls.

These signature thresholds for initiatives are calculated according to turnout; the higher the participation, the harder it is for kooks and sociopaths to get traction.

Maybe this “Sodomite Suppression Act” would have stayed where it belongs, in the realm of delusion, if more of us had voted last time.

Arizona Pastor Steve Anderson: Cure AIDS By Executing The ‘Homos’

Arizona Pastor Steve Anderson, preaching this past Sunday at the Faithful Word Baptist Church:

“Turn to Leviticus 20:13 because I actually discovered the cure for AIDS.

‘If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.’

And that, my friend, is the cure for AIDS. It was right there in the Bible all along — and they’re out spending billions of dollars in research and testing. It’s curable — right there. Because if you executed the homos like God recommends, you wouldn’t have all this AIDS running rampant.”
